    PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

    I am an agronomist who is both knowledgeable and hands on oriented in the agriculture field. I
    am more conversant with conservation agriculture (CA), Agriculture research, insect and disease
    field scouting, climate smart agriculture, good agriculture practices (GAP), integrated soil
    fertility management (ISFM), analysis of experiment, data collection using survey solution
    software, extension methods and approaches. I possess an up to date knowledge on agronomy of
    most industrial and non-industrial crops grown in Malawi. I am a hard-working person, who
    works to achieve a required result under a minimum supervision, listen and learn from the
    supervisors and also a good team player.
