Main Purpose:
1. Mixer : For the powder, granule, lubricant adding,
binder, seasoning’s adding and mixing of western
medicine, Chinese medicine and health food.
2. Vacuum Suc�on Device :
(1) Powder and granule conveying

(2) Sizing, conveying and loading as one con�nuous line

 Tumbling Mixer
Machine Theory:
The octagon shaped tumbler has baffles on each
side. The granules are twisted flowing along the
baffles and mixed again by the center sha� baffles.
It can reach the best mixing result and the
shortest mixing �me.

 Double Cone Mixer

Machine Theory:
The cone shaped mixer is wide in the middle and narrow at both ends. When powder or granules
rolling up and down, the best mixing result can be reached.

 V-Mixer
Machine Theory:
The V shaped mixer’s mixing method is by
rota�ng the granules rapidly and this enables
the product separa�ng into two cones then
merge into one again. The granules will then
be separated and merged repeatedly to reach
the best mixing result.

 Rocking Mixer

The column shaped mixer has baffles inside to
facilitate the mixing effect. When the powder or
granules rolling and shaking up and down in the
drum, the best mixing result can be reached.

Vacuum Suc�on Device
Main Purpose:
Vacuum suc�on system can suck the powder and granule from the
container, sizing via dry granulator and then transfer to the mixer.

Applica�on:
Pharmaceu�cal, food, chemical, fer�lizer, electonic metal powder,
dyes, coloring and agriculture.

Machine Theroy:
Granules are sucked directly by the vacuum pump, then through
the conveying tube to the mixer and the micro powder is collected
by dust collector. By using vacuum suc�on device, it does not only
eliminate the dust contamina�on, but also save labor, energy and
zero contamina�on in the opera�on area.
