Once upon a time, there was a man who did not want to work. His name
was Ichuli. One morning, he walked round the village greeting people
who worked in their gardens. Every day, he would tell them not to dig
too much because they would grow old so fast.
During the harvest season, he could ask people for food. Everybody gave
him food. He sold some and used the money for buying beer to drink.
One day, the villagers met and agreed not to give him more food. He was

hungry and sad. He asked for a piece of land from Mr. Katongole and
started growing his own crops.
