the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, D.O. Letter ROC.No.10/2020-RC,
dated:04-08-2021.

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Registrar (Administration) FAC Registrar

(Recruitment), High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad in the letter 2nd read
above, the Government of Telangana, after due verification and detailed examination, hereby
approve the selection of (66) candidates specified in the Annexure appended to this order
and appoint them as Civil Judges with the following conditions:

a) The provisional selection of candidates under direct recruitment is subject to the

result of Writ Petition Nos.7314, 7974, 7979, 7980, 7981, 7982, 8291, 8292, 8373,
9065, 9239 of 2020 and W.P.No.5603 of 2021 etc., pending on the file of the
Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telangana.

b) The provisional selection of the candidate Ms.B.Kalpana (H.T.No.JCJ-2020315), is

subject to the outcome of CC.No.474 of 2017 pending before the Court of
XIX MM Court, Malkajgiri.

c) The selection of candidates in respect of BC-E category reservation shall be

subject to the outcome of Civil Appeal Nos.2628-2637 of 2010, on the file of the
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

2. Accordingly, the following Notification shall be published in the extraordinary issue of

the Telangana State Gazette, dated:18-10-2021:-

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4(1) of the Telangana State

Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2017, the Governor of Telangana hereby appoint
the sixty six (66) candidates (sixty candidates under direct recruitment and six
candidates under recruitment by transfer) specified in the Annexure appended to
the Notification as Civil Judges, notified for the year 2020, subject to following
conditions:

a) The provisional selection of candidates under direct recruitment is subject to the

result of Writ Petition Nos.7314, 7974, 7979, 7980, 7981, 7982, 8291, 8292,
8373, 9065, 9239 of 2020 and W.P.No.5603 of 2021 etc., pending on the file of
the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telangana.

b) The provisional selection of the candidate Ms.B.Kalpana (H.T.No.JCJ-2020315),

is subject to the outcome of CC.No.474 of 2017 pending before the Court of
XIX MM Court, Malkajgiri.

c) The selection of candidates in respect of BC-E category reservation shall be

subject to the outcome of Civil Appeal Nos.2628-2637 of 2010, on the file of the
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

3. Government hereby direct that the candidates shall undergo the prescribed period of
training after executing bonds on their appointment as per rule (8) of the Telangana State
Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2017. On completion of the prescribed training, they shall be
appointed temporarily as Civil Judges. The appointment of the said candidates as Civil Judges
and their deputation to undergo prescribed training shall be subject to the production of
Physical Fitness Certificates by them to the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telangana at
Hyderabad.

4. The Registrar (Administration) FAC Registrar (Recruitment), High Court for the State
of Telangana at Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action in the matter.
