    CONTRACT AGREEMENT

    This Contract is entered by and between ____________________, __________________

    (First Party) and ______________________ (Second Party). The term of this agreement shall begin

    on ____________ 2024 and shall continue through its termination date ___________ 2024.

    The specific terms of this contract are as follows:

    1. Willingness to manage the specific business until the date of termination.

    2. Providing all needs of the specific business attached in this document.

    3. Will provide a training to the employees.

    4. Reimburse all the transportation fees.

    5. Work as “Manager” with right compensation.

    6. All payables should be done before termination date.

    7. No refund for all loss and damages within the area.

    This contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by both parties.

    This document and any attachment hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties. This

    contract shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, heirs and assigns and shall be enforced

    under the law.
