    Instructions to fill the Application Form for F.Y.B.Com :
    This notice is for all students who have passed H.S.C Examination from
    B.M.C.C & Other than B.M.C.C and seeking admission in F.Y.B.Com class for the
    academic year 2024-2025

    Students should note the following instructions regarding admission to F.Y.B.Com.


    Class through ERP system:
    The details of application process are as follows:

    1. Application form start date : 21st May 2024 after 2.00 pm


    2. Last Date to fill Application form : 31st May 2024 at 6.00 pm
    3. Consolidated List Display Date: 04th June 2024 at 6.00 pm

    Register yourself, after getting User Id & Password on your registered mobile
    number then login with creational.
    Before filling Application form, student should have the following soft copies:
    a) Scanned copy of Passport size photograph (Less than 320 KB).
    b) 10th Mark sheet. (Scanned Copy)
    c) 12th Mark sheet, (Online Scanned Copy)
    d) Scan copy of Caste certificate/Ex Servicemen/Active Servicemen
    Sports/ Specially abled, (if applicable).
    Consolidated List will be displayed on the basis of information provided
    by student and documents uploaded in application form.
    Fill the application form online, No need to submit hardcopy in the office and no
    need to pay the fees for Application form.
    IMP : ONLY ONLINE SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTED. POSTAL OR HARDCOPY
    SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    Attendance to all lectures, activities and schedules is compulsory.(75%)

    Note: In case, false information is filled in this form, the admission of


    the candidate will be cancelled immediately and the Candidate as
    well as his/her Parent/Guardian will be responsible for the
    consequences.
