 Providing complete technical support for Stater Employees, external users &
internal users for Netherland.
 Creating outlook account and AD (Active directory) for the dealers, external and internal
users along with complete setup of the system.
 Providing various access to user depending on their profile and user type.
 Resolving user’s issue on-call if possible.
 Creating tickets while handling call with users.
 Handling the escalation coming out from the clients.
 Also we used to take remote access to install the multiple software into the users
system and performing the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
 Finding out the root cause of the issue and providing best solution to the users.
 Maintaining the SLA and answering all emails and calls within the time period to the
users.
 Also escalating the issue to the next level if it is out of scope form our side.
 Configure new printers and support users to fix the issue.
