TITLE -Automatic Railway Gate Controller at Unmanned Crossing TEAM MEMBERS1. 2. 3. 4. Suryankar Saxena Rahul Kumar Bhaskar Dutta Durgesh Srivastava
the train will automatically slow down to some below speed , that will provide the lag of few second that may safe accident under some circumstances

TRACK SWITCHINGUsing the same principle as that of gate control, we have developed the concept of automatic track switching. Considering a situation wherein a express train and a local train is traveling on the same track in opposite direction, the express train is allowed to travel on the same track, and the local train has to switch on the other track. Indicator light has been provided to avoid the collision. Here the switching operation is performed using a stepper motor.
ADVANTAGE
1. A.R.G.C.U.C is very compact design keeping in mind the space constraints of the control system of the railway 2. It is cheap and involves very small cost of automation 3. This requires very small amount of power for its working so it is cost effective too for the railway board. 4. It requires very less maintenance cost .If at all mechanical and electrical damage arising out of accident and failure. 5. It reduces the need of the man power at the crossing hence reducing the cost of employment for the railway board. 6. It also reduces the accidental cases arises due to the malfunctioning of the conventional gate control or the careless handling of the manual gate.
