    Having examined the Bidding Documents, the receipt of which is


    hereby duly acknowledged, we, the undersigned, offer for the Underground
    Distribution System (Electrical), in conformity with the said Bidding

    We agree to abide by this Bid for the Bid Validity Period specified in ITB
    Clause 18.1 and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any
    time before the expiration of that period. The duration of the contract is
    specified in the SCC of GCC 1.4.2.

    relating to this Bid, and to contract execution if we are awarded the contract,
