B. Date
January 24, 2024

C. Venue
Grade seven classroom at Elena M. Mipaña National High School

D. Rationale of the Program/Activity

Midyear Performance review and evaluation allows the facilitation of giving
positive feedback as well as the identification of areas for improvement. This
activity provides an opportunity for discussing and assisting teachers to
improve their job performance and learning outcome positively. DepEd Order
No. 34, S. 2022 indicates the 5 days In-service Training (INSET) break for
the teacher or the Mid-Year Performance Review (MPRE) and midyear break
for learners.
This activity is very vital in school to ensure that the targets set during the
Performance Planning and commitment are being monitored, evaluated and
progress are being reported so that it could be achieved. Hence, this 5-day
activity is proposed.
The Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) is a plan that outlines exactly how
you will be reaching your goals for the year, and who in your team is
responsible for those outcomes. It links strategic goals and objectives to
tactical goals and objectives.
The Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001, (RA 9155), mandates the
state to empower schools and learning centers to make decisions and what
is best for the learners they serve. RA 9155 also entrusts to the school heads
the authority, accountability, and responsibility to develop school education
programs and monitor and evaluate its progress. The AIP Review and
Monitoring must be included in the MPRE.
