ABSTRACT

With the continuous advancements in automation technologies, everyday life is becoming increasingly
convenient and efficient. In the modern era, there is a noticeable preference for automated systems over
manual ones, fueled by the dramatic rise in internet usage over the last decade. The Internet of Things
(IoT), a revolutionary technology, integrates and enhances the connectivity of everyday objects—from
industrial equipment to consumer products—enabling them to communicate and interact seamlessly. A
notable application of IoT is in the development of Wireless Home Automation Systems. These systems
allow users to manage essential household functions, such as lighting and heating, remotely via the
internet from any location globally. Often referred to as 'smart homes,' these setups are designed not only
to enhance convenience but also to conserve electricity and reduce the need for human intervention.
Unlike traditional systems, smart home automation offers the distinct advantage of operability from
remote distances through internet connectivity.
