ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a Quality Management System
(QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and
services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000
series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify.
ISO 9001 was first published in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an
international agency composed of the national standards bodies of more than 160 countries. The current
version of ISO 9001 was released in September 2015.

4. ABOUT FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO 22000:2018)
ISO 22000:2018, is a food safety standard for businesses in the global food chain. The International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) developed the standard ISO 22000:2018, Food safety management
systems – Requirements for any organization in the food chain. ISO 22000 describes requirements for a
food safety management system and sets out what requirements an organization must meet to
demonstrate it can control food safety hazards. ISO 22000 industries can get certified to the standard.
ISO 22000 covers organizations across the whole food chain, from the farm to the table. It is designed to
ensure fair competition and provide for communication within and between organizations along the food
chain.
The four pillars of ISO 22000 are:
i) System Management
ii) Interactive Communication
iii) Prerequisite Programs
iv) HACCP Principles
Together, these components form a cohesive framework that organizations can use to build an effective
Food Safety Management System.
5. ABOUT HACCP
HACCP is the management system dealing with food safety through the following methods. Analysis and
control of hazard elements from biological, chemical and physical perspectives. All food product life cycle
is the object of HACCP beginning from material supply and food manufacturing to distribution and
consumption.
HACCP is built around seven principles:
• Conduct Hazard Analysis of biological, chemical or physical food hazards

• Determine critical control points
• Establish critical control limits, for example, minimum cooking temperature and time
• Establish a system to monitor control of critical control points
• Establish corrective actions
• Establish procedure for verification to confirm that the HACCP system is working effectively
• Establish documentation and record keeping
6. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The proposed scope of service includes the support services for:

• RE- Certification of ISO 9001:2015
• Certification for ISO 45001:2018
• Re- Certification for HACCP
• Certification for ISO 22000:2018
• Surveillance Audit for First Year (Year 2025)
• Surveillance Audit for Second Year (Year 2026)
Surveillance Audit:
Surveillance audits (through or by external Parties) shall be executed on yearly basis, one month prior
to certificate’s expiry. The scope of surveillance audit will include evaluation of any amended
documentation, planning and conduct of the internal audit reports. The audit result will be declared in
closure meeting.

7. COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

PAYMENT TERMS
1 40% upon signing the proposal/issuance of LPO AED 7,000.00
2 30% upon approval of Draft Certificates AED 5,250.00
3 30% upon issuance of Final Certificates AED 5,250.00
4 100% at the time of First Surveillance Audit (Year 2025) AED 5,000.00
5 100% at the time of Second Surveillance Audit (Year 2026) AED 5,000.00
8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This Commercial Proposal shall be treated as confidential document and shall not publish or
disclose for whatsoever reason without prior permission of its author i.e. Precise Consultancy.
• A partial payment shall be given at the time of signing the proposal/release of LPO/signing of
Service Agreement (as per the proposed payment terms in order to start the process successfully.
• A 5% VAT will be applicable on each invoice as per UAE Law & FTA directives.
• All cheques shall be drafted to “PRECISE CONSULTANCY”, for online remittances company
account details will be forwarded along with the invoice.
• Client shall not offer any kind of additional job to the representative sent by Precise Consultancy
during or after current assignment or as per the scope of work agreed.
• Precise Consultancy can sub-contract partially or full scope of work to their approved strategic
partners, only if necessary.
• Precise Consultancy’s representative undertakes not to disclose any confidential client
information to a third party.
• Precise Consultancy can sub-contract partially or full scope of work to their approved strategic
partners, only if necessary.
• Precise Consultancy under any circumstance will not honor or provide verbal quotations of price.
• This proposal is valid for thirty (30) days upon the submission and may be revised thereafter.

• The client hereby agrees and understands the terms and conditions of the service agreement
offered by Precise Consultancy.
