Leading a team of QA/QC personnel’s which includes discipline inspections, NDE coordinator, NDE
Technicians, Sub-contractors and TPI agencies for supervision of fabrication and installation of offshore
equipment, process piping steel structure, storage tanks.
Liaising with client representatives, ASME personnel, TPI agencies, sub-contractors & external agencies as
part of QA/QC, Procurement, PMT, Engineering and QHSE with involvement from project initiation to
close out and handover.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning interfaces for the execution of
projects.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance of various
Projects, Company QMS, vendors, and suppliers.

Analyze the root causes for the non-conformances and initiate the corrective and preventive actions so as
to avoid the same repetition of the Non-conformances and to close out of the relevant NCR’s (Non-
Conformance Reports) by coordinating with the concerned construction discipline
Engineers/superintendents so to avoid the delay in meeting of the project milestones & completion of the
project work.
