In 1978, the seeds of innovation were sown by a then-modest establishment named Couscousseries du Sud (CDS).

Fueled by a passion for the culinary arts, CDS revolutionized the artisanal craft of couscous with the pioneering development

of Tunisia's first fully automated couscous factory. This stride forward ushered in the era of Diari — a brand whose name

means "homemade" in Arabic and whose flavors are a tribute to the sun-dried, Berber tradition of couscous preparation.

Alongside Diari, Spiga emerged, a brand devoted to crafting pasta with the same attention to heritage and quality.

For over four decades, the story of Diari has been woven from more than the fabric of tradition; it has been a narrative

of undeniable leadership in the Tunisian market and of culinary craftsmanship that transcends borders, reaching eager palates

in Libya and across Africa. Amidst the scent of grains and the warmth of fresh pasta, a remarkable annual production of over

100,000 tons of couscous has solidified CDS's stature as a master of its trade.

CDS's voyage through time gained further momentum with the keen eye of the Rose Blanche Group. Recognizing the

confluence of CDS's ingenuity and their own pursuit of excellence, they welcomed Diari and Spiga into their family, nurturing

these brands to even greater heights. The Rose Blanche Group's acquisition was not a mere merger of entities but a meeting

of minds, united by a relentless drive for excellence.

In the last decade, the commitment to advancement has been vividly apparent, with a bold infusion of 38 million dinars

in state-of-the-art machinery, cutting-edge production lines, and advanced packaging processes. Diari has kept pace with this

evolution, reaching a zenith of 140 tons of couscous produced each exhilarating day.

Innovation, the core of CDS's DNA, thrives in the hands of their R&D teams — the architects of transformation, turning

insights and consumer feedback into a range of pioneering products such as barley couscous, multi-grain couscous, and quick-

cooking couscous. These creations are more than gastronomic inventions; they represent a legacy of excellence; they are Diari

and Spiga's promise of tradition reimagined for today's tastes.

The global tableau upon which CDS paints its success is vast, its culinary masterpieces — both Diari and Spiga products

— now gracing over 20 countries. Exports are a significant triumph, testament to the universal appeal of flavors rooted in

Tunisian generosity and the unfading spirit of CDS.
