Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 submits that opposite party no.2
is under moratorium.

Perusal of the order dated 14.09.2020 shows that opposite party was directed
to file evidence by way of affidavit.

Last and final opportunity is granted to the opposite party no.1 to file evidence by
way of affidavit within a period of eight weeks. Advance copy of the same be
handed over to the learned counsel for the complainant.

Thereafter, both the parties shall file their written synopsis along with
judgments, if any, being relied upon by them within a period of four weeks.
Advance copies of the same be exchanged before these are filed in the
Commission.

Relist the matter on 10.05.2023.
