PERUVIAN CEVICHE

Ceviche is a typical dish of Peruvian cuisine and has been so successful that its flavors
have spread to other Latin American countries. Peruvian ceviche is a dish that acts as
an appetizer, so you can accompany it with a rice with shrimp or a delicious salmon
with shrimp sauce. ANDREA
Ingredients to make Peruvian Ceviche:
• 1 pinch of pepper
• 1 kilogram of fish of your choice
• 1 onion, julienned
• 1/4 cup chopped leaf cilantro LEONARDO
• 1 yellow pepper, chopped
• 1 chopped limo pepper (for garnish)
• 12 lemons
• 1 pinch salt and pepper
• 1 cup fish brothor

To accompany:
• 1 parboiled tender corn
• 1 parboiled sweet potato
• 1 bunch of lettuce leaves KEREN

Utensils:
• Knife set
• Pot

How to make Peruvian Ceviche:
1. First, we squeeze the 12(twelve) lemons to extract their juice. Then, we cut the fish
into pieces and place it in a container.

2. Mix the fish with the chopped yellow pepper, fish broth and cilantro. Also place the
onion cut into juliennes and crushed garlic. Let stand for a few minutes.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste and place the parboiled sweet potato, lettuce and boiled
corn on the side of the plate.

4. Then, pour the lemon juice all over the dish so that everything is well covered. Finally,
cut a sheet of red lime pepper and place it as a decoration. We keep it in the
refrigerator to cool, since this is a dish that is served cold. Ready to eat!
