SUBJECT: fficial List of Universal Health Care Integration Sites

The Department of Health (DOH) officially recognizes seventy-six (76) Universal

Health Care Integration Sites (UHC 1S) per Department Memorandum (DM) 2020-0414, DM
2022-0238, DM 2023-0299 and DM 2024-0088. These 76 sites are mandated to comply with
the Local Health Systems Maturity Level (LHS ML) and other requirements set forth by the
DOH.

As of May 2024, fifteen (15) additional sites, namely Pasig City, Mandaluyong City,
Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Davao
Occidental, Davao del Sur, North Cotabato, General Santos City, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del
Norte, and Dinagat Islands, have been approved for fulfilling the requirements for integration
stipulated in DM 2023-0384 “Guide in the Inclusion of Local Government Units as Universal
Health Care Integration Sites for CY 2023-2025” and its amendment.

As such, a total of ninety-one (91) sites are now recognized as UHC IS by the DOH
and shall be provided with continuous technical assistance for the integration of their local
health systems in the implementation of the Universal Healthcare Act. Financial grants and
support to these additional UHC IS in implementing integration reforms shall be provided in
the next fiscal year.
