problem solving, and emotional intelligence. It is crucial to note that soft skills are not
innate, but can be developed and improved through training and practice.
Organizations can offer soft skills training courses for their employees, which will not

efficiency at the point of work.
1.2. Most common soft skills:
Soft skills are those skills associated with emotional intelligence and the
ability of an individual to interact effectively on a personal and professional level,
which must be transversal to hard skills or directly related to their work. The most
common are the following:
● Communication, both oral and written.
● Flexibility or tolerance to change, to be able to react correctly to crises.
● Leadership, to be the designated guide and not the imposed one; the guide
who earns his place by being purposeful, proactive and disciplined.
● Motivation, because those who possess this ability find it within themselves,
not in their environment, working out of conviction and not because of
external recognition.
● Patience and tolerance to know when to take breaks, analyze situations and
rethink the path outlined to achieve objectives.
● Persuasion, understood as the art of convincing others to join the leader's
projects, which must be given from knowledge and truth.
