SiBond SBR
Concrete Bonding Agent – SBR
Description Application
SiBond SBR is Water Resistant Admixture for Mortars Substrate preparation Concrete surface should be clean,
SBR Latex is a specifically designed synthetic rubber sound and free from oil, grease, cement, laitance and all
emulsion for adding to cement mortars where good loosely adhering particles. It should be in saturated surface
adhesion, water resistance, increased flexural and tensile dry condition (SSD)
strengths are required Mixing
SiBond SBR should be incorporated into the mix at
USES between 1 to 2 kg / 50kg cement and should be added directly
SiBond SBR is a high quality emulsion that substantially to the premixed dry ingredients in the mixer. Water should

SiBond SBR modified cement based mixes provide the Dosage rate
following properties: For all normal use the standard dose is 5 % of the mix design
- Extremely good adhesion & Reduced shrinkage by volume. For extreme conditions and/or when adhesion,
- Increased flexural strength & Increased tensile strength waterproofing, water vapor resistance or chemical resistance
- Prevents bleeding & Excellent water resistance are critical, the dosage should be increased to 10%
- Increased corrosion protection &Lower water-cement ratio Cleaning
- Increased abrasion resistance Clean all equipment and tools immediately after use with
- Improved Chemical & Mineral oil resistance water.
-Greatly enhances resistance to water salt penetration HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Does not re-emulsify, even in high alkaline conditions Contact with skin, eyes mucous membrane may cause
