Deadline: The deadline for the report submission is 13th June 2024.

Instructions:
• 4 members per group are allowed.
• Word limit depends on your quality; however, keep 3000 minimum.
• A printed copy of the report with a plagiarism report (19% plagiarism is allowed) must
be submitted on or before the deadline.
• A printed copy of your PowerPoint slides on the day of the presentation. The length of the
presentation will be 15 to 20 minutes.
• Every member of the group must have to present their part of the project.
• Copy-paste or similar work will award zero.

The report must be computer typed and in well-presented format

• Heading should be with Font Size 14, Bold, Capital and justified margins.

Topic & Details:
Select any local business organization which has no human resource department or does not have
established human resource department. Pick two jobs of the organization and complete the
following steps in detail:

1. Conduct job analysis and provide JD and JS of selected jobs.


2. Develop an Ad for their recruitment process and also suggest the medium of advertisement.
3. Develop job test for that particular post and also the interview questions and advised them
the suggested criteria.
4. Suggest them which training method will appropriate and logically defend your proposed
method.
5. Design appraisal tool for that position and elaborate your criteria of performance appraisal
of the employees.
6. Define and decide the pay rate of position along with monetary and non-monetary terms.
7. How HR department handle grievances and motivate employees to improve performance.
8. Pick any issue related to organization and briefly analyze the case and give your
suggestions that if you had been there as a HR manager what necessary actions would you
take and how company can solve these issues.
