Service Level Agreement

Between

CONNECT MARKETING SERVICES

AND

CONTRACT STAFF

MARCH, 2024
Background

1. Promasidor Nigeria Limited has secured the services of Connect Marketing Services to
manage the Ramadan 3-in-1 sales and sampling activation for Cowbell Milk, Twisco
and TopTea activation in selected mosque in Pan-Nigeria.
2. Connect Marketing has shortlisted several contract staff for this purpose and has
identified some personnel for the position of Brand Promoters.
3. Connect Marketing Services and the Supervisors/Brand Promoters have agreed to
collaborate on the Promasidor brand.
4. I, _____________________________________________________ will
work as a Brand Promoter for 3-in-1 Ramadan project in selected mosque
(_______________________________) for a duration of 4 Weeks.

The Brand Promoter must have signed the

● CMS Contract Staff Form, complete an induction/product training, provide a guarantor


● The guarantor’s form given along this Service Level Agreement and code of conduct
must be signed and submitted 72 hours after receiving the documents.

This document outlines the Services Level Agreement for both parties.

GENERAL TERMS OF THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

1.1 This SLA is aimed at ensuring the best standard possible in the execution of this
project. It is important to both parties that this service works efficiently for users. This
Service Level Agreement (SLA) is also aimed at protecting the interest and image of all
parties involved in this agreement (Promasidor, Connect Marketing Services,
Supervisor & Brand Promoter).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH PARTNER

BRAND PROMOTER(SALES):

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Brand Promoter is required to deliver on the
following work areas

THE JOB

REPORTING & CODE OF ETHICS

- The resumption time at the outlet is 4:00p.m. and clock out at 8:00.p.m (Tuesday -
Sunday) However, you must be present at the location at least 30minutes before the
resumption time.
- BA’s must be properly kitted up at all times with the recommended uniform through
out the duration of the project.
- Daily sales and sampling reports should be sent to the supervisor latest by 8:30 p.m.
This should include sales figures (Number of consumers engaged, No of products sold,
feedback), competitor’s activities, challenges and recommendations.
- BAs are expected to collate at least 80% of data of engaged consumers.

Target

- Ensure that the set targets are met/ exceeded per day to be communicated upon
commencement of the project.
- In the event of a Brand Promoter not meeting the agreed target per day, She must
ensure that the targets are achieved before project completion.

- In the event where the total target is not met monthly, the agency will prorate the
salary of the promoter.

Roles of Connect Marketing

It is of great importance to us to ensure that the Brand Promoter provides the best service for
our client. Thus, we would:

- Support you in coordinating activities and communication between third parties


- Inform your Supervisor of all Client’s requests and the same information will be passed
on to you if need be.
Bills and Reconciliation of Payments

Break down of Remuneration (Monthly)

No. of Days/Week: Tuesday - Sunday

Available to Earn: =N=80,000

The salary breakdown for the Brand Promoter shall be as follows:

Salary: =N=40,000

Incentive (based on target achievement): =N=40,000

Payment mode: Connect Marketing will be responsible for monthly making salaries and any
other payments to the Promoter’s Account. In case of any delay in salary payment, there will
be communication from the agency to the brand promoter.

Penalty

During the course of this activity in whichever channel I am to operate, I hereby consent to

the following under listed conditions;

1. I will adhere strictly to the standard mode of operation given to me by the agency to
whom l owe allegiance to perform the duty.
2. I will follow the mechanics of the activity as communicated by the agency & the
client.
3. l agree to follow the agency's laid down processes to resolving issues through my own
Supervisor without any recourse to social media escalation or mailing the client
whatsoever.
4. I will escalate issues only to the engaging agency mailing address
(comms@connectmarketingonline.com) for resolution when & if my supervisor is
unable to resolve the issues.
5. I will conduct all activities professionally with records/reports & evidence that has
integrity during the course of my engagement on this activation.
6. I will be responsible for all materials kept in my possession during the course of this
project.
7. I hereby agree that MY ENTIRE WAGES & ALLOWANCES WILL BE FORFEITED if l am found
culpable by reason of my inability to account for project stocks, materials & properties
kept in my care & will be required to make additional payment if my wages cannot
suffice the cost of the missing items.
8. I consent to be reported to the law enforcement agency’s & subsequently be arrested,
blacklisted from working across all marketing communication agencies in Nigeria in
case of any fraudulent activity is carried out by me or under my watch (for a
supervisor) during or after the project.
9. I agree to provide a guarantor to the agency (by filling the guarantors form) to stand
for me to pay back the agency any damages resulting from my conduct & handling of
the project entrusted into my hands during the course of all my engagement for the
project before the beginning of the activation.
10. I agree that agency shall not be liable for any additional action taken against me by
them as a result of anything that shows l lack integrity.

This Service Level Agreement has been read and accepted by the authorized representatives.
