    IMPORTANT DATES FOR EXISTING PARENTS

    Nursery – Grade X

    Dear Parents,

    Greetings from Chrysalis High, Marq!

    As we are at the threshold of the new academic year and we would like to share with you some
    important dates, appended for the upcoming year.

    Please find below few important dates for your information:

    Important Dates for Academic Year 2023-24

    1. Last School Day


    I. Nursery, Jr. KG & Sr. KG: Thursday, 28th March, 2024.
    II. Grade I – VIII: Thursday, 28th March, 2024.
    III. Grade IX to X: Friday, 12th April, 2024.
    2. Final PTM
    Nursery, Jr.KG, Sr.KG, Friday, 5th April,2024.
    Grade I – VIII: Friday, 5th April, 2024.

    Important Dates for Academic Year 2024-25

    1. PUPA Meet: PUPA Meet between the parents and the teachers of your child shall be scheduled
    between 21st May, 2024 to 31st May, 2024.

    The specific date and time slot of the PUPA Meet of your child shall be intimated a week before,
    through an email from the school Support Team. In the event of not receiving an intimation from
    the school, kindly connect with the School Support Team.

    2. Uniform Trial & Purchase

    Uniform trial & purchase date for your child shall be the same date as the PUPA Meet. Please refer to
    the Important Information Circular:

     CKM (Nursery, Jr.KG and Sr.KG) Important Information-Circular No: CKM/2023-24/08 dated
    28.02.2024.
     CHM (Grade I to X) Important Information-Circular No: CHM/2023-24/20 dated 28.02.2024.
    3. Parent Orientation Directory (POD):
    Grade I is a transitional grade for children that brings in a plethora of novel school aspects to
    them.
    To keep the parents abreast of these novel aspects and in turn to help children find an easeful
    settling in their first Primary grade, the POD is an exposition in details.
    For all parents whose children are moving to Grade I in the upcoming academic year, the
    presentation on POD shall be available for viewing on the School ERP CoolG from Monday, 13th
    May 2024.

    4. School Re-opening Dates:

    Sr. KG & Grades I to IX: Monday, 3rd June, 2024 (Transport shall be provided from Day 1)

    Grade IX to X: Wednesday, 15th May, 2024 (Transport shall be provided from Day 1)

    They shall have half- day school till 31st May,2024.

    Jr. KG: Wednesday, 5th June, 2024 (Transport shall be provided from Day 1)

    Nursery: Thursday, 6th June, 2024.

    Please note (for Nursery):

     Nursery children will attend school for one hour only during 6th – 7th June, 2024.
     Timing for school: 9.30am – 10.30am.
     Transport will not be provided during 6th – 7th June, 2024.
     Nursery children will attend full day school from Monday, 10th June, 2024.
    Timing for school – 8.10 am to 12 noon.
     Transport will be provided from Monday 10th June,2024.
