a new and one of the biggest Tool rooms in India for Automotive. With overall sales of 105 Cr in
2017, of which Automotive sales contribution in 2017- 8cr, 2018-18cr, Expected Sales in 2019 to 50 cr.

Responsible for total Tool Room activities from molds quotation till start of mass production of molds.
Varroc Group is one of the Biggest Auto Parts Supplier in India. With business of 1200Cr.
With 9 molding plants pan India & Technical Center which includes Tool Room. Varroc Polymers

Before 2006 Tool room used to manufacture molds up to 450Ton 30 molds/year, Till 2016
molds up to 2500 Ton manufactured 120molds/year.

Responsibilities
Responsible for Total activity of the Department, Man power recruitment , Planning ,Mould Assembly ,
Corrections , Modifications , Team member for mold Quotations or Modifications from customers . Trials
of moulds in house & mould commissioning at customer end . After first trial it was my responsibility to
get the Mould & Components approved from customer. Responsible for mould Quality & Delivery date .
Interaction with other Departments for achieving the target date for trial & dispatch. Interaction with
Customers to Assist them in solving product related matters ,giving value added solution to customers for
their modifications.
Team member in Design concept approval before design is started, Responsible for Design Validation. I
was also a internal auditor for ISO 9000/2000, I am good at setting up procedures & system that could
reduce time & save money. I have handled Molds from 60 T to 2400 T m/c , weight of molds max made
20Ton, Finding Root cause & analysis ,Correction , Corrective & Preventive action, so that further
problems can be avoided.
ACHIEVMENTS
500 + moulds have been made after I was responsible for the dept, of them 70% are for
European Customers.
I have worked on more than 250 moulds by myself as Tool Maker.

I have received Training at SERMO FRANCE .
I know European, Japanese & Indian Concepts of mould design & manufacturing
Standardization of Mould assembly & validation Procedures .
I was involved in system implementation & formation of procedures for ISO 9000/2000.
Having Experience of Moulds , Press Tools , Jigs , Fixtures & Gauges .
I have also visited CHINA for mould development
I handled all the aspects of Design Concept, tool development & approvals for
mass production
1996 -1997 I have worked at ALPHA PRECISION COMPONENTS Bangalore, Company was suppling
parts & sub-assemblies to TVS SUZUKI . I was responsible for development of press tools, fixtures, jigs
& gauges for TVS XLN 70 Project.
