This field allow us to marked customer as a SuperPayer and is available on customer form in
Customer entity.
Next, select correct customer. In case you don’t see customers connected with your account, change
the view from “02. My active customers”, which is default, to „01. Active accounts”
You'll see a list of all customers in the business unit to which you've been assigned permissions.
The conditions for defining the Super Payer field differ from country to country:
For Poland – The field in CRM is blocked for any editing by the CRM user. The data is downloaded
from the SAFO system.
For Ukraine - The field in CRM is blocked for any editing by the CRM user. The data is downloaded
from the NAVISION system.
For other countries of the Company – the field is unlocked for editing by CRM users.
Super payer in CRM
To go to the Super payer in CRM, click on the record in the "Super Payer" field
If the customer selected by us is a Super payer, we can obtain sales data using the 360 Report.
Being on the running customer form, click on the "View 360" button located in the upper menu bar
If the client is marked as Super payer, the report will include the "Show data for super payer" switch
If the customer is not a Super payer, the 360 Report will not have this tag
To show sales data for the Super payer, we approve the switch available in the report.
The report will reload the data and show us an additional section in the report "Sales data of the
super payer"

The data contained in this section can be additionally calculated by clicking on the "Recalculate"
marker available in this section
We will get the data after conversion, and additional columns will be added to the data table, such
as:
• Margin
• Margin stat.
• PS Margin
• Margin stat. PS
• Margin S07 Oil
• Margin stat. S07 Oil
• S08 Akum Margin
• Margin stat. S08 Akum.
Calculation of data after Super payer on investment agreements:
MI/PRG/Universal
To select the option of calculating data on investment agreements: MI/PRG/Universal, go from the
Sales section to the Contracts section in CRM.
To do this, click on the button to change the displayed section (available at the bottom of the CRM
page, on the left side of the screen) and select the Contracts option from the drop-down list
Being in the agreements section, we select the entity corresponding to the agreement that we want
to create
The form contains the field "Include data from the super payer"
If we want our contract to calculate data from the superpayer, we approve our choice
Then we save the changes made to the contract
