frame in our skit.
As Nidhi surprises Pratik in the park, Amit sympathizes with Sonia, and
Prakash cleans up the park out of rage. The kind way that Pradeep and
Deepak settle their disagreement highlights the need of emotional restraint.
Overall, the characters show how emotional intelligence (EI) builds positive
bonds, settles disputes, and advances both individual and collective
wellbeing.
1. Self-awareness:- When Rahul, Amit, and Prakash recognize their own
emotions as well as those of others, they act with self-awareness. They
express love, show compassion, and express disgust for littering.
2. Empathy:- Amit, Sonia, Pratik, and Nirmala demonstrate empathy by
being aware of and responding to the emotional needs of others. Examples
of such actions include paying attention to a co-worker's issues, pleasantly
surprise a partner with a thoughtful present, or providing consolation to a
worried mother and daughter in the market.
3. Motivation:- Positive acts that enhance one's own or others' well-being,
such as organizing an unexpected trip, tidying up the park, or finding
encouragement in a partner's self-care regimen, are examples of how
Nidhi, Prakash, and Sanjay show motivation.
4. Self regulation:- By efficiently controlling their emotions, such as by
controlling their anger, finding inner peace through meditation, or resolving
problems amicably, Pradeep, Deepak, and Sanjay demonstrate self-
regulation.
5. Social skills:- In all sections, Characters demonstrate their social
abilities by cooperating, talking well, and finding peaceful solutions to
issues in all situations. This facilitates their ability to form positive
