Ref:
a. Disclosure under Regulation 7(5) & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and
b. SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015

Please be informed that the Company has appointed M/s Link Intime India Private Limited (‘Link Intime’)
as Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company w.e.f July 7, 2023.

The formalities for change of RTA, relating to documentations, shifting of electronic connectivity and
transition of records are in process. However, in-house RTA will continue to act as RTA of the Company
till such time the database and the electronic connectivity is shifted to Link Intime and until the requisite
confirmations received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services
(India) Limited.

The effective date of transition shall be informed in due course.

Brief Profile of RTA:

Link Intime is an integrated player in the IPO & Corporate Registry business with PAN India reach and
reputation. It is also classified as a Qualified RTA as per the criteria laid down by SEBI.

Reason for appointment of Link Intime as RTA:

Link Intime has trained, knowledgeable and committed team of registry professionals, ably supported
by efficient personnel in Technology, Logistics, Back-office operations and Client Servicing ensure
dedicated attention & personalized service quality to client companies and their investors. The
transition as stated above is attributable to various reasons including wider reach to the shareholders’
base of the Company.
