    1. Software Requirement

    The following are recommended software requirements:


     Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 8 (to run on minimum requirements)
     Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11 (to run on recommended requirements)

    2. Hardware Requirement

    The following are minimal and optimal hardware requirements:

    No Hardware Minimum Recommended Power User


    1 Processor Dual Core Quad Core Octa Core
    (2.5 GHz) (3 GHz) (3.5 GHz or higher)
    2 Ram 4 GB 8 GB 16 GB or higher
    3 Free Space 5 GB 15 GB 50 GB or Higher
    4 Graphics Card Intel / 2 GB 4 GB 8 GB or Higher
    5 Monitor Resolution of Resolution of Multi-monitor
    (1280x1024) (3840x2160) solution

    3. Installation Guides
    3.1. Download Installer.
    I. Copy below link.
    https://plc.asiaebroker.com/download/n2n/TCProGlobal-APEX-6.5.3.7.exe
    II. Paste the link at browser URL bar.
    III. Press enter, auto downlod.

    3.2. Download folder.


    I. Right click TCProGlobal-APEX-6.5.3.7
    II. Click Run as administrator

    3.3. Select Install for all users (recommended).

    3.4. Click button Next.

    3.5. Tick checkbox Create a desktop shortcut, click Next.

    3.6. Click button Install.

    3.7. Successful installation, click button Finish.

    3.8. Shortcut at desktop, click Icon TCPRO Global – APEX.

    3.9.1. Select Broker
     Leased Line Login_1 (Private IP: Apex KJ leased line)
     Leased Line Login_2 (Private IP: Apex KJ leased line)
     Internet Login_1 (Public IP: WIFI Connection)
     Internet Login_2 (Public IP: WIFI Connection)

    3.9.2. Fill in user id and password, Click Submit.

    3.10. Click button Request Access Code.

    3.12. Request code will send to email, click button Next.

    3.14. Key in access code, click button Next.

    4. List of feed connection:
     10.75.1.104 for Broker (Leased Line Login_1 and Leased Line Login_2)
     10.75.1.105 for Broker (Leased Line Login_1 and Leased Line Login_2)
     Apex-ndgf1.asiaebroker.com for Broker (Internet Login_1 and Internet Login_2)
     Apex-ndgf2.asiaebroker.com for Broker (Internet Login_1 and Internet Login_2)
