IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO)


We, CERAN INTERNATIONAL ENERGY PTE LTD hereby declare and confirm with full corporate authority
and responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the product as per specification in representation of
the following commodity:

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM.

FOB ROTTERDAM PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issuea ICPO + Company registration + passport copy and signatory.


2. Seller issues commercial imvoice (CI) for availability quantity im the end Seller storage tank, buyer sign and return tje CI
to Seller with their Tank Storage Agrement (TSA) for Seller approval.
3. Seller issues POP (below) to the buyer.
List of document required (copies):
A. Authorization to physically Verify product (ATV)/ Dip test Authorization (DTA) to be endorsed by Buyer Tank Farm.
B. Product passport
C. Commitment and guarantee letter to supply.
D. Authorizarion to sell and collect.

4. Seller provide fresh SGS report, tank storage receipt,and opens communication with SGS officer and storage provider for
immedisa to dip test of product.
5. Buyer books the SGS to conduct dip test in the Seller's storage tank and Buyer pays SGS from own account. Or SGS
charges for inspection and providing QtQ reports in full. Buyer will provide QTQ reports to the Seller free of charge.
Buyer provides tank details to End Seller after performing dip test by SGS on his acccount and then Seller injection
commences to Buyer's tank.
6. Aftet succesful dip test , (NCNDA/IMFPA) will be signed for all parties.
7. Within 24 hours, buyer make 100% TT wire transfer payment ,end seller charges all title ownership to the buyer at the
same time of receiving fail payment.
8. Seller pays all immediaries involved in this transaction and subasquently monthlty shipment continues at per term and

condition of the commercial invoice, and etteington of transaction by issuing twelve (12) months contract to Buyer for
proceeding.
9. Seller issues 12 months contract to be signed with all parties including NCNDA/IMFPA and allocation licensie.
