Work Experience
Team member of the group of medical scientists, engineers and data scientists who put forth original
medical research, foundational concepts, models, methods, and algorithms along with their proofs and
implementation in a book published in 2022 (see publications section). 1
Defined the invention’s logical framework, and developed models, methods, algorithms, classification
schemes, built computer system (working prototype) to optimize and quantify the many aspects of patient–
donor matching requirements and patient–unit selection for different groups of red blood cell (RBC)
recipients while satisfying patient needs efficiently and economically as well as to optimize RBC blood
bank inventory. Additionally, developed a method to measure outcomes of decision-making processes.
1
Led a pilot project that was completed in a combined immunohematology research laboratory -
medical facility that is devoted to support patients with complex clinical conditions.
Designed and developed IHF technology solution prototype (on-premises and cloud versions):
• Defined framework conceptual architecture
• Developed conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional (star schema) data models
• Developed data specifications, ETL/ELT components, and matching algorithms
• Created and maintained the databases
• Defined and developed framework data visualization and analytics
• Converted on-premises system version to Azure cloud
• Designed framework cloud analytics solution
Leading Data Architect, Data Modeler and Design Leader for Enterprise initiatives. Subject Matter Expert
(SME) in Quantitative Marketing, Sales, Producer, Customer, Eligibility, Enrollment and Specialty
Product domains.
