El Alpha 30 D de Normet es un equipo diesel-hidráulico de aspersión de concreto diseñado para túneles

de hasta 7 metros de altura y 9 metros de ancho. La cobertura máxima longitudinal de aspersión desde
una posición fija es de 3 metros. La nueva bomba de concreto NSP30 tiene una capacidad máxima teórica
de 30m3/h. El sistema dosificador de acelerante del Alpha 30 es impulsado por una bomba peristáltica
acompañada de dos estanques de acero inoxidable con un volumen total de 420 litros. El Alpha 30 puede
ser equipado con un control remoto inalámbrico o con control con cable para manipular el brazo y los
movimientos de cabezal de proyección, así como también la dosificación de acelerante y la manipulación
de la bomba de concreto. Para mantener una fácil maniobrabilidad en túneles estrechos, el Alpha 30
posee dirección y tracción en las cuatro ruedas, también posee un motor Diesel de 120 kW refrigerado
por agua y que cumple la regulación Tier 3. La cabina del operador en el Alpha 30 cumple las
certificaciones FOPS/ROPS. Entre el equipamiento que se puede adicionar el Alpha 30 están: el sistema
de hidro lavadora de alta presión con un estanque de agua de acero inoxidable, rueda de repuesto y
control remoto alámbrico entre otros.

Features
Normet´s Alpha 30D is a diesel hydraulic mobile concrete sprayer designed for tunnel profiles up to 7 meters in height and
9 meters in width. The maximum longitudinal spraying reach from one set up is 3 meters.
The new NSP 30 concrete pump has a theoretical maximum pumping capacity of 30 m3/h. Alpha 30D's accelerator dosing
system uses a peristaltic pump and has two stainless steel tanks with a total volume of 420 liters.
Alpha 30D can be equipped with a radio or wired remote control system for controlling boom and nozzle movements and
rotation as well as accelerator dosing and concrete pump
To make manouvering easy in narrow tunnels, the Alpha 30D has four wheel steering and four weel drive. It has a 120 kW
Liquid cooled turbo charged diesel engine meeting Tier 3 regulations.
Operator's cockpit on Alpha 30D is FOPS and ROPS approved.
The additional equipment for Alpha 30D are a high pressure washer system with 300 liter stainless steel water tank, spare
wheel and wired remote control plus cable.
