I, Dyaga Chinna Narsaiah S/o Pedda Narsaiah, now aged 72 years R/o
Bheemgal village and mandal, temporarily came down to Nizamabad proper do
hereby state on oath as under: -
1. I state that I am the deponent herein and claimant No. 2 in the
aforementioned E.P No. 78 of 2022 in L.A.O.P. No. 1199 of 2000, and as such I
am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
2. I state that I have filed the aforementioned Land Acquisition O.P, against
the respondent, who is the Referring Officer/Judgment-Debtor, for claiming
compensation on account of Acquisition of my Land in Sy. No. 394/1 to the
extent of Ac. 1.00 gts., situated at Bheemgal Village and Mandal, Dist.
Nizamabad and for which the decree was passed by this the Hon’ble Court for
payment of the enhanced compensation amount. The Respondent/LAO
Nizamabad had preferred an appeal in LAAS No. 29 of 2009 before the Hon’ble
High Court, Hyderabad which was pleased to pass the Order in LAAS No. 29 of
2009 after cross objections No. 31 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022 confirming the
market value fixed by the reference Court at Rs. 145/- per Sq. Yard, with all
other statutory benefits, and to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.
16,44,014/- before this Hon’ble Court which accrued to me. I and other
claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the
respondent/LAO Nizamabad now at Armoor without furnishing the security.
In the aforementioned E.P., the Respondent/LAO Armoor deposited a sum of
Rs. 16,44,014 /- related to my land. And I am entitled to take out the specified
sum.
3. I state that this Hon’ble Court has got wide powers to issue a Cheque for a
sum of Rs. 16,44,014/- (Rupees Sixteen Lacs Forty four Thousand Fourteen
only) in my favour by crediting the same into my S.B Account No. Bank of
India Branch Armoor (IFSC Code: ). I am also submitting Photostat Copy
of my adhaar Card, Passport size Photo and Bank Passbook before this Hon’ble
Court for kind perusal.
Therefore, it is prayed that your Honour may be pleased to issue a Cheque for
a sum of Rs. 16,44,014/- (Rupees Sixteen Lacs Forty-Four Thousand Fourteen
only) in my favour and credit the same into my above said account, in the
interest of justice and equity.

I, Dyaga Chinna Narsaiah S/o Pedda Narsaiah, now aged 72 years R/o
Bheemgal village and mandal, temporarily came down to Nizamabad proper do
hereby state on oath as under: -
1. I state that I am the deponent herein and claimant No. 2 in the
aforementioned E.P No. 78 of 2022 in L.A.O.P. No. 1199 of 2000, and as such I
am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
2. I state that I have filed the aforementioned Land Acquisition O.P, against
the respondent, who is the Referring Officer/Judgment-Debtor, for claiming
compensation on account of Acquisition of my Land in Sy. No. 394/1 to the
extent of Ac. 1.00 gts., situated at Bheemgal Village and Mandal, Dist.
Nizamabad and for which the decree was passed by this the Hon’ble Court for
payment of the enhanced compensation amount. The Respondent/LAO
Nizamabad had preferred an appeal in LAAS No. 29 of 2009 before the Hon’ble
High Court, Hyderabad which was pleased to pass the Order in LAAS No. 29 of
2009 after cross objections No. 31 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022 confirming the
market value fixed by the reference Court at Rs. 145/- per Sq. Yard, with all
other statutory benefits, and to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.
32,88,028 /- before this Hon’ble Court which accrued to me. I and other
claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the
respondent/LAO Nizamabad now at Armoor without furnishing the security.
In the aforementioned E.P., the Respondent/LAO Armoor deposited a sum of
Rs. /-related to my land. And I am entitled to take out the specified sum.
3. I state that this Hon’ble Court has got wide powers to issue a Cheque for a
sum of Rs. 32,88,028/- (Rupees Thirty-two Lacs Eighty Eight Thousand Twenty
Eighty only) in my favour by crediting the same into my S.B Account No.

2. I state that I have filed the above O.P, against the respondents No. 1
and 2, who are the owner and insurer of the vehicle for claiming compensation
on account of death of my mother in a motor vehicle accident and which took
place on 13-01-2013 at about 12-00 noon at Ambedkar Chourasta of Armoor
village, at a distance of 1 km, towards West from P.S., Armoor, Nizamabad
District.
3. I state that the matter referred to Lok Adalat and settled by the
Honourable Lok-Adalat and pleased to pass award after negotiations and
conciliations between the parties, the claim of the petitioner is settled at Rs.
3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) towards full and final settlement. The
claim petitioner is entitled to withdraw the awarded amount at once. The
respondent No. 2 has deposited an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- within one month
from the date of award, as per terms of award.
4. I state that this Honourable Court has got wide powers to issue a
Cheque for a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- in my favour by crediting the same into my
S.B Account No. 195710100004207 of Union Bank of India, Branch Jakranpally
(IFSC Code: UBIN0827916).
Therefore, it is prayed that your Honour may be pleased to issue a

Cheque for a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) in my favour and
