MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, have over 10 years of diversified experience in Logistics, Healthtech & Financial
services across Product management & Consulting roles. This has enabled me to understand the complete life
cycle of a product, right from identifying problem areas, building solutions, go live & further scale. Currently,
as associate director at Blackbuck, lead the tolling product having a MAU of 450K+ truck owners transacting
with 900K+ tags and doing $150Mn+ GMV in transactions. Also, manage payments vertical, a platform
product, used by all LoBs in fleet management services. Prior to this role, as a senior product manager owned
driver-lifecycle-products responsible for the retention of drivers, the supply side of a logistics marketplace,
Porter. Previously, as a product owner was responsible for building a financial-inclusion-solution from scratch
at a fin-tech social enterprise startup. I have also worked with a health-tech startup owning both online &
offline product/processes of e-pharmacy & diagnostics modules. In my first stint as Product Manager, I
owned an advisory & transactional platform for Mutual Fund investments at a fin-tech startup. At Oracle, with
<1 year of product experience, was the quickest to work at client site & to be part of 3 go-live implementation
Industry Experience
- Conducting f2f and group interviews of auto, cab drivers & delivery agents for the primary
research to validate the hypothesis.
