Summary
MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, have over 10 years of diversified experience in Logistics, Healthtech & Financial
services across Product management & Consulting roles. This has enabled me to understand the complete life
cycle of a product, right from identifying problem areas, building solutions, go live & further scale. Currently,
as associate director at Blackbuck, lead the tolling product having a MAU of 450K+ truck owners transacting
with 900K+ tags and doing $150Mn+ GMV in transactions. Also, manage payments vertical, a platform
product, used by all LoBs in fleet management services. Prior to this role, as a senior product manager owned
driver-lifecycle-products responsible for the retention of drivers, the supply side of a logistics marketplace,
Porter. Previously, as a product owner was responsible for building a financial-inclusion-solution from scratch
at a fin-tech social enterprise startup. I have also worked with a health-tech startup owning both online &
offline product/processes of e-pharmacy & diagnostics modules. In my first stint as Product Manager, I
owned an advisory & transactional platform for Mutual Fund investments at a fin-tech startup. At Oracle, with
<1 year of product experience, was the quickest to work at client site & to be part of 3 go-live implementation
Industry Experience

Associate Director, Blackbuck, Bangalore Apr ‘23-present


- Launched a new subscription based value-added-service for truck owners in tolling and
- Increased M0 revenue booked to collection ratio from ~72% to ~84%
- Reduced 90-days NPA from 0.6% to 0.05% (40L to <2L per quarter)
- Increased paid-to-paid M1 retention of a subscription service from ~60% to 76% by

- Axis monthly tag activation increased from 8% to 32% by achieving feature parity b/w

- Responsible for seamless experience for inbound payments of monthly GMV $150 Mn+
supporting all payment modes
-Integrated with Razorpay & HDFC PGs as fallback for UPI transactions to be able to
dynamically route traffic based on success rate of primary PG
- Created fraud reduction system basis recharge behaviour & reduce daily fraud from 25+ to <3
- Managing tolling & payment categories with a team of two product managers & analysts
Senior Product Manager, Blackbuck, Bangalore Jan’21 - Mar’23
- Launched a flow to issue Blackbuck tags on trucks who already had tags of partner banks.
- This single cohort contributed 15% to monthly tag issuances
- Quality (same month swipes) was also 10% higher than regular issuances
Achievements - Reduced p90 of swipe notification time from 18 mins to <4 mins by Kafka implementation
- Reduced dispute handling TAT to 3hrs for 70% disputes. Industry wide TAT is ~30 days
- Cut 16L+ monthly loss due to unused tags to <30K by mandating sales team to claim tags
- Awarded 3 quarters (twice as best PM & once as best team) for exceptional performance
- Responsible for higher system uptime, implemented outage alerting & management
framework and reduced p95 of outage resolution time to <10 mins

- Responsible for evaluating potential & impact of any monetization activity via CUG pilot
Senior Product Manager, Porter, Bangalore (Logistics Market Place) Sep ‘19-Jan’21
- Laid down vision of “Rewards & Recognition” product, for it to be a platform product to
change driver behaviour by incentivising. Saw adoption of ~78% across driver fraternity
- Identified & corrected the unfairness in the rewards product to the drivers with bigger
vehicles & launched a coupon award feature to reduce the cost to run rewards programs.
Achievements - Limited the monthly exposure to less than 0.1% of monthly revenue & standardized the
payment experience to partners across the platform.
- Increased the reach by productizing suspension of delaying drivers to reduce the ETA.
- Ideated platform products for all the payments by drivers on platform & suspension of

Product-Market Fit for the segment which earns monthly Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000.
- Designed the end-to-end three-party savings platform based on the findings of first pilot,
with greater emphasis on flexible savings & communication to bring behavioural change
Achievements - Lead Management System – Designed & launched the application (mobile & web) on
Zoho creator for the Sales team, used to manage leads and convert to Saving customers.
