REMINDERS TO PARENTS & GUESTS BEFORE THE PROCESSIONAL
A pleasant morning, everyone!
In a few moments, we will start our program.
At this point, may I invite all our candidates for graduation together with their
MC: parents, faculty, staff, and guests to go to your respective areas for the processional.
To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may I request everybody to please set
their mobile phones into silent mode.
Thank you for your cooperation.
RECOGNITION CEREMONY
PROCESSIONAL
Distinguished guests, friends, visitors, ladies, and gentlemen, with pride and honor,
let us all welcome the candidates for graduation of the school year 2023-2024
together with their beloved parents in their processional march.

And now, let us welcome our Guest Speaker for today’s occasion Brgy. Captain
MC: Hon. CHARREFAY CERBO QUIAPO. Our distinguished guest’s representative
from Buug District Office the school head of Ligaya Elementary School, Sir
WILLIE FERNANDEZ, and Maam JONALYN LAGUNA of Lantawan Primary
School, selected Brgy. Officials headed by our very own Brgy. OIC and Education
Committee Hon. JULIET ENRIQUEZ ODAD and our active General PTA
President Ma’am MARYNOR BONITA PARCON.
Finally, the Faculty and Staff of Villacastor Elementary School are headed by our
School Head, Maam FAITH SALVALEON SARDUAL – Head Teacher I.
To our ever-dynamic and supportive Schools Division Superintendent, Dr.
VIRGILIO PILARCA BATAN, JR., CESO V. To our motherly high-powered, and
hard-working District in Charge of Buug District, Maam Silveria Pilapil Pagayon.
To the energetic and active School head of Villacastor Elementary School, Ma’am
Faith Salvation Sardual. To my fellow hardworking, ever-patient, and approachable
teachers, especially our honored guests, our ever-supportive and cooperative
parents, and the reason for today’s gathering, the candidates for graduation this
School Year 2023-2024. And to everyone present here today.
Ladies and gentlemen, good morning, and Welcome to the 57 th Commencement
Exercises of Villacastor Elementary School.
Graduation is not just an event; it’s a milestone that signifies the end of one chapter
and the beginning of another where qualified pupils are conferred an academic
degree by their school. It is the best time for our learners to reap the fruits of their
labor and sacrifices. It is when we recognize and express our gratitude to the people
who have been instrumental in the success of these learners. We are grateful for the
parents’ and families’ steadfast love, support, and sacrifices. These young minds are
thriving because of the supportive atmosphere you have given through your
guidance and encouragement. Also, to give honor to the committed educators for
your unwavering devotion, enthusiasm, and hard work have molded these learners’
personalities and minds.
It is when they are about to bid a temporary goodbye to their classmates, friends,
and Alma mater.
It is the day when a pupil can say “I’ve made it! It is a day to celebrate success.
Remember that today’s special gathering is not the end but a new beginning to a
new horizon of our pupils’/ sons’ and daughters’ careers.
I’m Ms. ELONA JANE L. CAPANGPANGAN, and it is a great privilege to serve
as your host for this momentous occasion.

To formally start the program, let us all remain standing for the OPENING
PRAYER to be led by ASHLEY JOY B. ADLAWON & CHRISTIAN JAY T.
GALAPIN- candidates for graduation.

To be followed by the singing of the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM,
PANUNUMPA SA WATAWAT and PANATANG MAKABAYAN, ZAMBOANGA
SIBUGAY HYMN, and the REGIONAL HYMN all through Audio Visual
Presentation.
(Philippine National Anthem, Panunumpa sa Watawat, Pantang Makabayan, singing of
Zamboanga Sibugay Hymn & Regional Hymn)

OPENING REMARKS
And now to formally open our program please welcome our General PTA President
Maam MERINOR BONITA PARCON. A round of applause.
Thank you, Ma'am.
At this point let us witness the Grade VI Advisers Maam MENCHEL
ALCANTARA GULANE and Maam IREEN ALONG LEUTERIO for the
presentation of Academic Excellence, Recognition of Ranking of learners, Virtuous
and Meritorious Awardees for the school year 2023-2024.

At this juncture, May I call one of the diligent teachers here in Villacastor
Elementary School the Grade IV-Adviser Sir MARCELITO LAMBOGA
MIRABUENA for his thank you message.
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Indeed, we are celebrating a very momentous event, especially for our diverse
learners and our dear parents. I believe that the secrets behind this significant event
are the teachers who have rendered their invaluable service, shared their brilliant
ideas and wisdom with their pupils who had guided them to the right path and able
to sit down at this moment and soon walk up the stage in just a few minutes.
WELCOME ADDRESS
And now, Ladies and gentlemen, let us have one of the Grade VI- candidates for
graduation, Ms. Marian Mae B. Orpeza deliver her Welcome Address.

PRESENTATION & PETITION FOR CONFIRMATION
At this point, the Grade 6-Mars Adviser and Master Teacher I of Villacastor
Elementary School will present the candidates for Graduation. Let us all welcome
Ma’am MENCHEL ALCANTARA GULANE.
To certify the candidates for graduation, I would like to call up on stage our School
Head Maam FAITH SALVALEON SARDUAL.
ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION
Now, to officially confirm our candidates for graduation and to deliver her message,
let us all welcome the District in Charge of Buug, Ma’am SILVERIA PILAPIL
PAGAYON, on behalf of Sir WILLIE FERNANDEZ the School Head of Ligaya
Elementary School and Maam JONALYN LAGUNA of LATAWAN PRIMARY
SCHOOL. A warm, round of applause, please.

DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES
Every endeavor always has victors and underdogs, but it doesn’t mean that if you
lose, it is already a defeat, as attested by a quote: “Losing is not always a defeat,
and winning is not always a victory.”
Today, not everybody made it to the top, but those who did are the ones called “the
cream of the cup”.
At this moment the highlight of our program, the most anticipated part, is Giving
Certificates to deserving pupils. May I call in the Grade Six Star Class Adviser Ms.
IREEN ALONG LEUTERIO to be followed by the Grade Six Mars Adviser ma’am
MENCHEL ALCANTARA GULANE.

At this point, let us all listen and be inspired as the Class with Honors tells her story
of realizing such an achievement. With a warm, round of applause, lend your ears

INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST SPEAKER
This year’s graduation theme is “Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na
Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas”. translates to “Filipino Youth for a Stable Future
of a New Philippines.” It emphasizes the crucial role that the youth play in shaping
a promising and resilient future for the Philippines.
The theme encapsulates the idea that the Filipino youth are vital to creating a robust
and resilient future for the Philippines. It calls for the active participation of young
people in nation-building and highlights their potential to lead the country towards
significant transformation and renewal. The theme inspires graduates to take on
leadership and responsibility, contributing to a progressive, stable, and inclusive
Philippines.
Today, we invited an exceptional guest to inspire us all. And to introduce our Guest
Speaker, let us all welcome one of the young and good-looking teachers of
Villacastor Elementary School, Grade 2 Venus Adviser on stage, ma’am AILEEN
BANGHERO EDUBALA. A big hand, please.
GUEST SPEAKER MESSAGE
Thank you so much Hon. CHARREFAY CERBO QUIAPO for that inspiring
message to our graduates and for coming over and gracing our affair.
Honorable, please remain on stage as we award you this Certificate of Appreciation
for your presence. May I request our school head and our Master Teacher to come
up on the stage and do the honor?

PLEDGE OF LOYALTY
Persistence and perseverance are some of the key factors for the success of
graduates. Please join MARK KEVIN B. REFIEJO, with Honors, in reciting the

Alma Matter and improvement as responsible citizens of the nation.

Graduates, as you all embark on this new journey, may you have the courage to
continue, to strive for excellence, and to make a lasting impact on our nation and
the world.
