TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT:
1. All units must be fully paid before delivery
2. Cheque payment is subject to bank clearing prior to the release of the machine
3. Cash payments are not allowed, thus must be deposited to MSSI's bank account and confirmed prior to the delivery or release of goods.

WARRANTY:
1. All Refrigeration equipment are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months.
2. All heating/ cooking equipment are warranted for a period of six (6) months.
3. All Fabricated and custom design equipment/ unit are not covered by any warranty.
4. Warranty commences from the date of delivery, against inherent factory defects and faulty workmanship.
5. All glasses, rubbers, plastics, bulbs and removable/ lost and consumable materials and parts are not included in the warranty.
6. Client must provide a sufficient Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) for all refrigeration/ motorized units, to avoid damage from fluctuations.
7. All refrigeration units must not be exposed to direct sun light. Must have sufficient air ventilation, and regular maintenance by MSSI Service
Department.
8. It should be understood that under this limited warranty, all equipment are subject to normal use and proper/ regular maintenance and not
by careless abusive, overused operation and inappropriate maintenance and conditions.
9. Shall a unit be inspected/ repaired/ tampered/ serviced by a third party technician within the warranty period, warranty shall be null and void.

DELIVERY:
1. Free delivery within Metro Manila for single transactions with a minimum of P75,000.00 otherwise a corresponding delivery charge applies.
2. A fifteen (15) working days grace period will be added to the estimated delivery lead time in case of unavoidable situations uncontrollable
by MSSI as customs delays, courier problems, issues from the country of origin etc. Rest assured we will notify you prior to any unwanted events.
3. Delivery beyond office hours/ out of Metro Manila shall have a corresponding delivery charge.
4. All shipping/ crating fees shall be in the account of the client. This includes all products as well as warranted parts and products. Should the
client disapprove the charges, MSSI shall be free of any liability and items will remain property of MSSI.

VALIDITY AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Purchase orders will only be honored up to thirty (30) days only. For orders with corresponding down payment or full payment, client must
settle delivery schedule or pay in full their balances within five (5) working days, otherwise the down payment will be considered forfeited
and the imported unit be returned to the full ownership of MSSI to be sold to others with no liability to the client.
2. Cash payments are not allowed, thus must be deposited to MSSI's bank account and confirmed prior to the release or delivery of goods.
3. Cheque payments are all subject to bank clearing and confirmation prior to the release or delivery of goods.
4. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Officially Registered Business Name are STRICTLY required for all clients who purchase from MSSI.
5. For companies with VAT-EX Status, present VALID and CURRENT government certification as proof. Otherwise 12% VAT Will be charged in full.
6. For companies deducting EWT from their purchase, must include Form 2307 together with full payment. If no form is available, MSSI will charge
full amount. Crediting the EWT amount will be allowed once the accomplished form is submitted to us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Goods to be returned will not be accepted after seven (7) days unless prior approval is issued and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Special orders or customized units cannot be returned or exchange. Replacement of unit shall be accepted in cases of proof of material/ design
or factory defects.
3. For other services such as Exhaust/ Fresh Air Duct System, LPG Ling System, Fire Suppression System and customized equipment may be
returned but subject for 50% deduction as liquidated damages.

REPAIR AND SERVICE:

1. All MSSI products identified as portable should be brought to MSSI service center NCR (#10 Calle Industria St. Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City)
or to the respective provincial store purchased, otherwise a service pick up charge will be charged to the client.
2. For services and installation to be rendered outside of Metro Manila, transportation, accommodation, meal expenses and per diem of MSSI
technician will be charge to client's account.
3. Units to have been proven checked or repaired by other parties void the warranty of the product.
4. If defective item due for repair is not decided after five (5) days of issuance of proposal/ quotation, the unit shall be labeled LOST and
ownership be entitled to MSSI for immediate liquidation.
5. MSSI does not offer warranty to products not purchased from MSSI. For repair concern of items not purchased from MSSI, prices may vary.
