Early morning: 5-6 am

Cumin/fennel seeds water + Almonds: Start your day with a glass of cumin seeds water and
overnight soaked 5-6 almonds, 2-3 walnuts.

Walk or exercise for at least 45 minutes.

Before breakfast: 8-9 am

Chia+ flax+ sesame+ pumpkin seed pudding: Add all these seeds in bowl of milk/curd with honey.

Fruit salad: Have a bowl of salad with at least 2-3 fruits.

Breakfast: 10-11 am

vegetable poha: a bowl or quarter plate

2 vegetable uthappam

Vegetable oats: 1 bowl

Chana/ramas chaat: 1 bowl

2 Vegetable besan cheela

Can take turmeric-ginger tea along in breakfast

Lunch: 1-2 pm

Rice + Dal + Vegetable curry +Salad: a medium bowl of rice, a small bowl of dal, and a medium bowl
of vegetable curry, small bowl of salad.

Chapati + Sabzi + Dal +Salad: A medium bowl of sabzi, a small bowl of dal and two chapatis and small
bowl salad.

Vegetable Bajra khichdi+ buttermilk+ salad: big bowl of khichdi, a glass of buttermilk and small bowl
of salad. Add lots of vegetable in khichdi.

Jowar/Bajra roti+ sabzi+ salad+ buttermilk: 2 jowar roti, a small bowl of sabzi, a glass of buttermilk
and small bowl of salad.

Dosa+ sambhar+ peanut chutney: 2 dosa with a medium bowl of sambhar and peanut chutney.

Evening snacks: 5-6pm

Paneer+ cucumber: a small bowl of raw paneer (80-100gm) with a cucumber.

Moong chaat: a small bowl of moong chaat

Peanut chaat: a small bowl of peanut chaat

Sattu drink: A glass of salty/sweet sattu

Chewda/murmura

Can take turmeric-ginger tea along with snacks.

Dinner: 7-8pm

Vegetable khichdi+ salad: medium bowl of khichdi rich in vegetables.


Roti+ sabzi+ salad: 1-2 roti, small bowl of sabzi and small bowl of sabzi.

Vegetable daliya +salad: medium bowl of daliya with lots of vegetable.

Vegetable Curry+ salad: a medium bowl of vegetable curry with salad.

Walk for at least 45 minutes.

Important:

• Avoid cooking food in refined oil or any hydrogenated oi


• Choose kachi ghani oils and homemade ghee only for cooking food.
• Use homemade white butter (makhan) instead of processed butter.
• Drink water slowly instead of gulping it.
• Always cook white rice in excess water, drain out the starch after rice is completely cooked.
• Prefer cinnamon or mulethi powder to sweeten your meals.
• Do not use any sort of artificial sweetener like sugar.
