Bus identification plate

Users should always refer to the bus manufacturing number in any situation
where there is a need for information from the factory or any of the parts and service
representatives. This number identifies the model and is a product tracking code. Always
have the bus number on hand for parts orders and requests for technical information.

The identification plate is located on the stairs entering through the door
lead.

The plate fields are well organized:


1 - NUMBER - Bus number - this number is generated for legal reasons, applicable only
to some countries.
2 - MODEL - This has the model of the bus, they always have the inscriptions
CENTURY, PB or i6.
3 - TARE (kg) - The weight of the empty vehicle.
4 - CAPACITY - Maximum passenger capacity allowed by law.
5 - DATE - Date of manufacture of the bus.
6 - MANUFACTURING ORDER - This is a product tracking number generated by Irizar.
It must always accompany any request for parts or technical information when requested

1 ACCESS, DOORS AND COVERS

Access to trunks
The opening of access covers to the trunks is carried out by pneumatic

operation from the buttons located on the Digiplex control panel.


Attention: when opening the trunks, the user must ensure that there are no

obstacles at a distance of less than 1 meter in relation to the side of the vehicle.

To open the trunks, it is necessary to unlock them through the key on the

Digiplex panel and then choose which lid you want to open, through the following

options: 1:- the designs of the lids will appear on the display itself in agreement and

sequence from the sides. 2:- actuation by the traditional support keys, located on

the side panel.

Important: never use the external closure button with the key

locking activated, because it is impossible to reopen.

Access to wheel arch cover


The wheel arch covers are secured with cone pins that are unlocked
manually. Note: keep the latches greased.
Normal operation of the doors (opening and closing)

On the driver's Digiplex panel there are keys with the symbols for the

pneumatic operation of the front door and another separate one for the rear or

central door, according to the body configuration.

Sensitization

To prevent harm to passengers, the doors are equipped with a

sensitization system that means that if the door encounters an obstacle in its closing

movement, it opens again. and if it encounters an obstacle in its opening movement,

it stops, thus guaranteeing the safety of the user.

Simple trunk

For operation, press the key on the Digiplex panel to turn on the light and

for automatic locking and unlocking . Note: to lock and unlock the lids using the

button, it is necessary that all locks on the trunk access lids are locked; otherwise,

the trunks will always be unlocked, regardless of which button is activated.

Note: optional per chassis/Customer/Region: the doors and trunk lids

can only be opened with the handbrake activated.

Front external cover

Upper front cover: there is a drive cable for opening the upper front cover,

located behind the cover itself. To unlock, pull the bass cable with both hands and

open the cover manually by pulling it slightly out and up and to lock it, return the

cover slightly and close the ends individually.

Door opening emergency

The central, rear and front doors have an

individual locking system that keeps them closed

even in cases of pressure deficiency in the vehicle's

pneumatic system. To enable opening in an

emergency, the mechanism has a lever near the

doors that must be activated to release the door from the locking mechanism. After

activation of the lever, the door can be pushed to allow it to open.

In this sense, the dashboard offers easy vision without having hidden controls that
require a strange movement to locate.
The individual lighting and independent air conditioning, forced air and
heating outlets have been designed to provide the driver with a higher level of

comfort.

3 STARTING THE VEHICLE

Next, the engine is started, depending on the chassis model.


In case it doesn't start.

Check that the engine cover is correctly closed;

When it has an alarm system and immobilizer, check that it is not

active.

4 REFRIGERATOR

Safety rules

Remove

the

front

cover to disconnect your

cooling unit and other devices from the battery before connecting

a fast charger;

· Never cover ventilation openings;

· Defrost the refrigerator when appropriate; (when you turn off the

vehicle, defrosting is automatic)

· Never use hard or sharp utensils to remove the layer of ice or to

loosen objects immobilized by freezing;

· Do not use cleaners containing sand, acid or solvents to clean the

evaporator;

· Evacuation of the device must be carried out by a technician.

Application and use

The refrigeration unit is suitable for cold preservation and freezing of food

products.

The device can be used in environments with an ambient temperature

between –20 and + 55 º C, as well as a maximum ambient humidity of 90%, under

continuous operating conditions.

None of the materials used in the manufacture of the refrigeration group

are toxic to food.


The refrigeration circuit does not contain CFCs.

Observation: doubts, consult the manufacturer's manual.

Battery operation

The refrigeration unit can operate with 12V or 24V direct current.
Whenever possible, connect it directly to the battery terminals or to a

connector with a minimum 15 A fuse. Your refrigeration group is electronically

protected against polarity change. To protect both your battery and the compressor,

the group automatically disconnects if the voltage is not sufficient. See connection

and disconnection table.

Note: the values in this table have been measured at the terminals of the

compressor electronic unit. Never handle electrical connectors and switches with

wet hands or feet on a wet surface !

Defrosting
Place the regulator located inside the bucket in position “O”

and leave the refrigerator lid open. Remove the lid and rinse the

defrosting water afterwards.

Tips to save energy

· Before putting food in the refrigerator, let it cool if it is hot;

· Defrost the refrigerator as soon as you see a layer of ice forming;

· Keep the refrigerator temperature low;

· Do not open the refrigerator more than necessary;


· Never leave the lid open longer than necessary.

Disconnection of the device

When you want to disconnect the refrigerator for a long period of time, turn

it off by placing the regulator inside the compartment and in the “O” position, or

disconnect it from the battery. Clean it and leave the lid open to avoid the formation

of bad odors.

Rear refrigerator temperature adjustment

Rear equipment: there is a temperature regulation key located at the front

of the equipment in the lower part behind the maintenance rack. Consult the

manufacturer's manual for maintenance and adjustment procedures.

5 WINDSHIELD WIPER EQUIPMENT

Windshield washer

It is recommended to use only water, never use household detergent,

since due to its composition it degrades the pipe and the rubber profile of the
brushes.

Water supply
There is a water tank located at the front of the vehicle and to
make your supply, follow the following steps.

1 - Open the front cover of the vehicle.

2 - Locating the tank, open its lid and fill with

drinking water.

Note: when the vehicle has headlight washer equipment, the water tank is
shared.

6 SPARE WHEEL ACCESS

It is located in the lower front part, behind the bumper.

To extract it:

· The front bumper cover is opened by operating the control,

located on the left front floor;

· The clamp support that holds the spare wheel is released;

· It is pulled outwards with the supplied hook-pull

in the toolbox.

To enter it:

· It is placed on the rollers of the open bumper cover;

· It is pushed inwards on the rollers until it stops against the bottom;

· The clamp support is placed and screwed.

To remove the wheel trims, loosen the three screws, which must always be
greased to avoid seizures in the support ring that is clamped by the tightening screw

in the wheel drum housing.

7 - AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

In Air Conditioning Operation we can vary:
· Desired temperature set for passengers;
· Air velocity in the Evaporators;
· Exterior/Interior air flaps;
· Activate Dehumidification;
· Block compressor input. (ECHO).

Varying the speed, the position of the flaps, Activating dehumidification or

Compressor Lock places the air conditioning system in Semi-Automatic mode,

which can be changed to automatic by pressing the AUTO key.

Modification of the selected temperature

We can modify the Temperature Set between 17ºC and 27ºC (63ºF-82ºF)

with the keys (8) and (7).

Placing the Set below 17ºC (63ºF) the System enters Forced Cooling

Mode (LO) in which it activates all its cooling power. (LO will appear on the screen).

Placing the Set above 27ºC (82ºF) the System enters Forced Heating

Mode (HI) in which it activates all its heating power (HI will appear on the Display).

Evaporator fan speed variation


We can modify the evaporator speed between 1 and 3. When changing the
speed we go to manual mode and the LED next to the key (1) will turn off.

If key (1) is pressed, it returns to the corresponding speed automatically

and the LED will light again indicating manual operation.


To vary the speed, press the key (2). The first press will show the current

speed on the screen, if we press again, the speed value will increase cyclically (if it

is 3 it will go to 1).

Note: If the bus is not equipped with roof heaters and the interior

temperature is less than 12ºC and the system is heating, the speed in automatic

mode will be 0.

If speed 0 is set manually in the previous case, when the interior

temperature rises above 12.5ºC the system will take the corresponding automatic

speed and set to Automatic.

Hatch position variation

We can modify the position of the flaps between outside and inside air.

When modifying the position we go to manual mode. If key (1) is pressed, it returns

to the corresponding position automatically.

To change the hatches, press the key (3). The first press will indicate the

current position, if we press again it will change position.

If the Ecomaster Clima is operating in air conditioning and the interior

temperature is 2ºC higher than the selected temperature (Set), the hatches will go

into Automatic mode and close.

ECO Activation

If we press the key (4) the word ECO will appear on the screen and the

compressor will be disconnected. The system goes to Semi-automatic.

Pressing the key (4) will have no effect if you are working in

Dehumidification mode.

If we press the key (1) or (4) the ECO option will be deactivated.

Dehumidification activation (reheat)

If we press the key (6), we will activate Dehumidification. This will remain

for 15 minutes or until key (6) or key (1) is pressed again. Reheat cannot be

activated if no heaters are installed in the ceiling unit. Selecting the dehumidification

option overrides the ECO option.

Check temperatures

The Internal and External temperatures can be consulted by pressing the

key (5). When you press it, the inside temperature will appear, if you press it again,

the outside temperature will appear and so on cyclically.

Contrast and luminosity variation

You can vary the Contrast and Brightness values that will be remembered

the next time the Air Conditioner is connected. To do this, the following key

combination must be used where the first key must be pressed continuously while

the second key is pressed repeatedly to increase or decrease the desired

parameter.

Autochecking – error codes

When the System receives the signal from the battery disconnector (+30),

it performs a check on its outputs to check what loads it has and if none are short-

circuited. It also checks the status of the probes.

If it detects any anomaly, it will indicate the error or errors on the display

according to the following codes:


SOND. INT: Short or Open Interior Probe

SOND. ICE: Short or Open Ice Probe

SOND. CHN: Short or Open Channeling Probe

SOND. EXT: Short or Open External Probe Conductor

In the event that any of the above errors appear, the Ecomaster Clima will

begin to operate according to a default programmed operation. It is possible that in

these conditions the regulation of the vehicle's interior temperature is not correct, so

it is recommended that the system be checked by technical service personnel.

To consult the errors detected by the control once the initial checking of

the system has been carried out, it can be done by entering Visualization or

Diagnostics and simultaneously pressing the keys (6) and (4).

Operation description

The front of the Ecomaster Comfort has three different areas:

Switching on and off the driver's air conditioning

The control is activated automatically as soon as the vehicle is started. At

Automatic display
If an error is detected during the check, the error screen will be displayed

It is possible to start the air conditioning system by pressing the button (3)

the battery is not charging, only the driver's heating and ventilation will operate at

the minimum ventilation speed.

We can manually turn off the driver's air conditioning by holding down the

button (3) for 2 seconds. It will be indicated with the following screen.

Driver temperature selection

To select the desired temperature for the driver area, press the keys (2) or

(1)

If the passenger air conditioning is on, the temperature selected for the

driver may be between +3º C (5º F) and –3º C (5º F) from that selected for the

passenger area. That is, in case of a temperature selected for passengers of 22º C

(72ºF), the driver will be able to choose between 19º and 25º C (66º and 77ºF).

If the passenger air conditioning is off, the previous limitation does not exist

and the driver can select its temperature between 17º C (63º F) and 27º C (82º F).

The upper limit for the conductor temperature is HI and in this situation the

heating will operate continuously at maximum power. The lower limit is LO and in

this case the air conditioning will operate continuously at maximum power.

Driver fan speed selection

To vary the speed of the drivers area fans, press the keys (4) and (5).

The speed of the driver fans can be varied between 5 levels. In the case of

changing the speed that the Ecomaster Comfort has automatically selected, the new

selected speed will be shown on the screen and the red LED located next to the key

(3) will turn off.

The selected speed can vary between 1 and 5, with the following

limitations:

If the vehicle engine is stopped, only speed 1 is allowed.

If you are in dehumidification mode, speed 5 will be automatically

connected.

If the compressor is connected, the speed will never be less than 3 to

prevent the evaporator from freezing.

In the event that the driver's air conditioning is disconnected and the

passenger air conditioning needs to activate the compressor, the driver's fans will

turn on at speed 2 to prevent the evaporator from freezing.

Manually changing the fan speed of the driver's air conditioning unit will

display the manual screen.

Modifying the position of the water recirculation flaps
driver

If the driver node is in air conditioning mode, the position of the

recirculation flaps can be varied using the driver key (6). It is possible to choose

between outside air (renewal) and inside air (recirculation).

When manually modifying the position of the recirculation flaps, the

following indication will appear on the screen:

Changing the position of the foot flaps/driver's window

If the driver node is in air conditioning mode, the position of the foot/window

flaps can be changed using the key (7). When manually modifying the position of the

foot/window flaps, the following indication will appear on the screen:

Automatic activation of the driver's air conditioning
If the position of the driver's recirculation flaps or the foot/window flaps, the

speed of the anti-fog fans, or the preheater, dehumidification or ECO mode are

Pressing the driver key (3) returns all driver controls to automatic and, if the

passenger node is also in automatic, the automatic screen is displayed as indicated

below.

Switching on and off the passenger air conditioning

The control is activated automatically as soon as the vehicle is started.

It is possible to start the air conditioning system by pressing the button (15)

even if the engine is stopped as long as the main switch is on. Since in this situation

the battery is not charging and to prevent it from being discharged, it will not be

possible to activate the speed of the fans, but we will only be able to have heating

with the convector system.

We can manually turn off the passenger node by holding down the key (15)

for 2 seconds. In this case, the area of the screen intended for passengers will not

present any indication.

To vary the desired temperature for the passenger area, press the keys
(16) and (17)

The selected temperature can vary between 17ºC (63ºF) and 27ºC (82ºF).

this case the air conditioning will operate continuously at maximum power

To vary the speed of the evaporator fans, press the passenger keys (13)

and (14).

The selection can be made between speeds 1 and 5, with the following

limitations::

If the motor is stopped, no speed can be activated.

If only the driver's air conditioning is on and the compressor is activated,

speed 2 will be automatically activated in the passenger compartment.

If the key (9) has been pressed, speed 2 will be activated.

If the compressor is running, the speed cannot be less than 3.

Manually modifying the evaporator fan speed will display the manual

screen.

Modifying the position of the passenger recirculation hatches

If the passenger air conditioning is on, the position of the recirculation flaps

can be varied using the passenger button (11).

The flaps will alternate between the outside air (Renewal) and inside air

(Recirculation) positions, with the following limitations

If the key (9) has been pressed, the recirculation flaps open to outside air

If the vehicle does not have roof heating installed, the flaps will be in the

interior air position (recirculation) if the interior temperature is more than two

degrees lower than the selected one.

If for more than 4 minutes the interior temperature does not exceed the

selected temperature minus 2ºC, the flaps will automatically go into the recirculation

position. When manually modifying the position of the recirculation flaps, the manual

screen will be displayed.

Automatic activation of passenger air conditioning

If the position of the passenger recirculation flaps, the speed of the

evaporator fans, or the preheater, dehumidification or ECO mode are manually

activated, the passenger air conditioning will switch to manual mode, turning off the

LED. located next to the key (15).

By pressing the passenger key (15), all controls are set to automatic again

and, if the driver node is also set to automatic, the automatic screen is displayed,

which indicates the outside temperature and the temperature selected for the driver

and passenger areas. passengers.

ECO option

The ECO option allows the driver to deactivate the air conditioning

compressor in those environmental conditions in which its use is not considered

necessary. While the ECO option is activated, the compressor connection will not be

possible.

To activate the ECO option, press the key (12). Pressing the key (12) again

or pressing the driver or passenger key (3), (15) deactivates the option.

When entering dehumidification by pressing the key (9), if the ECO option

is activated, it is deactivated.

Selecting the ECO option will display the manual screen shown below.

Time programming

At any time, by pressing the key (12) for 2 seconds, we

go to the time programming screen.

When you do so, a screen like the one shown below will appear,

where you can enter the day of the week, the


hour and minutes.

With the driver keys (1) and (2) we can select the day, hour or minutes that

will appear on the screen with a dark background, while with the keys
(16) and (17) of passengers, we modify the value of the selected field.

Validation of the programmed time will be done by pressing the key (3),

(15) or by allowing a few seconds to pass without pressing any key. Once the time

has been validated, the control will return to displaying the previous screen.

Preheater.

The preheater has two operating modes: programmed or normal mode.

Scheduled mode

It is possible to program, on day and time, two activations of the preheater.


Each of the settings determines the day and time at which we want the bus to be

warm (the control calculates what time the preheater must start to achieve this).

To enter programming, press the key (8) for 2 seconds, we will go to the

first programming screen. By pressing for another 2 seconds, we will go to the

second programming screen. Each of the screens has a flame icon with a number

that indicates whether the programming is 1 or 2.

Preheater Program Screen

With the driver keys (1) and (2) we move through the day, hour, minutes

and activation fields. The selected field will be highlighted in bold as seen in the

drawing above.

With the passenger keys (16) and (17) we modify the value of the selected

field

The days to be programmed can be from Monday to Sunday or 7 days

(for all days of the week).

Single-day programming is deleted once completed (turned OFF ). The 7

days stay in AUTO for the next day.

Once the day and time have been programmed, the programming must be

activated. To do this, you must position yourself with the cursor over the activation

field and change it using the passenger keys (16) and (17), from OFF to AUTO .

If you want to deactivate a programming, just enter the preheater


programmed mode and change the activation field from AUTO to OFF.

Preheater programming works as long as we are not in diagnostic mode.

The programmed preheater indication will appear on the screen when the
battery disconnector is deactivated. A hollow flame icon with a 1 will appear on the
screen (programming 1) and/or a hollow flame icon with a 2 (programming 2).

If the preheater is working because one of the settings turns it on, the flame

of the corresponding icon is shown filled.

NOTE: The preheater will not turn on if the outside temperature is higher

normal mode

In normal mode, the preheater works either automatically to assist heating,

or manually for a fixed time determined by the user.

Briefly pressing the key (8) enters the preheater screen. On this screen, the

flame symbol indicates whether it is on (filled flame), in either normal or programmed


mode, or disabled (hollow flame). If it is activated in normal mode, a counter will

appear with the remaining time of

functioning.

With the driver keys (1) and (2), we select the preheater operating mode

(AUTO, ON or OFF). Within the ON option, we can choose an activation time with

the passenger keys (16) and (17).

Mode and Description

AUTO The preheater is activated if heating is necessary and the external

temperature is less than 15º or the external probe is broken.

ON The preheater is connected for the selected time (except if we are in

diagnostic mode) and then returns to AUTO mode. If the MAX time is selected, the

preheater remains in operation for up to 2 hours after stopping the vehicle engine.

OFF Disconnects the preheater whether it was in AUTO or if it was in


ON .

To see the remaining operating time of the preheater, just click

With the battery disconnector connected, by pressing the key (10) we can

view the actual interior temperatures in the driver and passenger area.

The dehumidification option is activated by pressing the key (9) when the

control is in air conditioning mode, that is, it only works if the vehicle engine is

want by pressing the button (9) or the driver or passenger button (3), (15) again.

When activating the dehumidification option, the manual screen will be

displayed.

Sleeping mode operation

If the control is in Sleeping mode (vehicle battery disconnector off) a

screen will be displayed in which the following elements can be seen:

The system time.

If the preheater is activated, the preheater flame is activated.

If there is any preheater program, the preheater calls with the program

number (1 or 2).

The battery icon, if there is a low battery level.

By simultaneously pressing the keys (9) and (10) for 2 seconds, we enter

contrast value between values 15 and 62.

Self-checking. Error codes

When the System receives the signal from the battery disconnector (+30), it

checks its outputs to check which elements are connected and if any are short-

circuited. It also checks the status of the temperature sensors.

8 ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

The documentation delivered includes the personalized electrical and tire


diagrams of your vehicle.
Replacing faulty fuses and relays must be carried out taking into account
the following warnings:
The fuses and relays must always have characteristics equal to

those indicated in the electrical diagram;

When a fuse or relay blows or deteriorates, the cause that

produced the failure must be located and repaired before

replacing another one with the indicated characteristics;

All fuses and relays are completely standard.

Replacing headlight bulbs

The replacement of lamps in the headlights will be carried out following the

following guidelines:

Open the front bumper;

From the upper part of it, access the headlight retaining butterfly

and release this butterfly;

Open the lighthouse as if it were a door. The lighthouse rotates on


two hinges located at the outermost end of it. In the
opening of the lighthouse, two turns will be made. Initially we will

start by rotating the lighthouse until the possibility of continuing to

rotate reaches its limit. Once this turn has been made, the second

turn allows the headlight to be removed from the body at the

bottom. To finish we will continue turning the lighthouse in the

same way as the initial turn;

Once the headlight has been opened, disconnect the connector

from the lamp to be replaced and remove the lamp;

Change the lamp, reconnect the connector and close the

headlight again by making the three turns indicated in point c) but

in the opposite direction;

Tie the headlight retaining butterfly and close the bumper.

Replacing the rear lights

The procedure for changing lamps in the rear lights will be carried out as

follows:

Open engine cover;


Access the lamp you wish to change and remove the connector

inserted in the lamp holder;

Turn the lamp holder counterclockwise and remove it;

Separate the lamp from the lamp holder and insert the new one

into the socket.

Replacement of front clearance lights
The replacement of lamps will be carried out in the following way:

Unscrew the screws that hold the pilot to the body;

Remove the pilot;

Change lamp, place lamp holder and connector and re-attach the pilot to

the body.

Replacing rear clearance lights


The replacement of rear clearance lights will be carried out as follows:

Open the access cover at the rear at the end of the


luggage carrier;
Remove the rear clearance light;
Release the connector and remove the lamp holder;
Change the lamp, place the lamp holder and reconnect the pilot.
Replacement of side lights
To change the lamps in the side lights, access will be made from inside the
departments in which each side light coincides. The lamp holder inserted under
pressure in the pilot light will be removed and it will be changed.

Front fog light replacement


Access to change the front fog lamp bulbs will be done by opening the

front bumper. Once this operation has been carried out and you have accessed the

headlight, remove the rubber cap that covers the rear part of the headlight and

change the bulb. For this operation it is necessary to release the clip that holds it

inside the headlight. Once the lamp has been changed, replace the rubber cap.

Roof Rack LED Replacement


Loosen the screws that hold the light cover and remove it.
Change LED. One of the lamp holders has a spring fastening system
which must be overcome to remove the LED.
Replace the light cover and its retaining screws.
Replacing driver and guide lamps

Located on the monitor cover, the lamps are changed by removing the

lamp retaining ring. Remove the lamp, release the connector and replace it. To

finish, perform the same operations again in the opposite direction.

Replacing running board lights

To change the running board light bulbs, it is necessary to remove the

entire pilot light by loosening its fixing screws. Once this operation has been carried

out, the lamp change is carried out in the same way as the side lights on the outside

of the coach.

Replacing hallway lights

The hallway lights will be replaced by the full LED strip. The plastic strip is

attached to the aluminum profile. The entire strip must be removed and the

connector found at the beginning of each circuit released. To finish, the connector is

connected again and the plastic strip is embedded in the aluminum profile.

Passenger service buttons

It has 2 switches (LIGHT) to turn on the individual light. Another switch

(STOP/SERVICE) to request a stop or call a hostess depending on the configuration

of your bus.

All the texts displayed are in Portuguese, but through a parameter you can

determine whether to show them in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Interfaces

This touch monitor is located on the left side of the driver's seat.

The M&D pushbuttons/buttons shown in Figure 2 both physically and on

the screen are used to control the functionalities and allow navigation through the

screen menus. The keypad buttons are connected to the M&D electronics internally

over a CAN bus. At the same time, the screen has the ability to be touch-sensitive,

which allows you to enable or disable some functionalities. The M&D controller uses

the signals from this keypad and the display to determine what information to display

The audio-video system equipment is made up of the following elements:

Video or DVD “15” and 22” Monitor
Microphones

The rear (passenger) speakers operate only with the amplifier connected.

The minimum impedance per channel must be four ohms, with the maximum being

eight ohms.

Activating the microphones disconnects the radio and video sound to make

way for their operation. The driver microphone has priority over any of the audio

sources.

· The driver and guide sound volume is controlled through the radio

volume.

· The passenger sound volume is controlled through the

amplifier volume.

· If products with waxes or fats are used to clean the

dashboard, it is advisable to cover the radio when cleaning. We


will prevent the product from deteriorating the mechanics and

damaging the front.

How the dual zone concept works

The equipment can operate simultaneously in two different areas,

these are DRIVER (DRV) and PASSENGER (PSG);

· Each AREA has its own volume knob, source select button (SCR)

and respective icons. The rest of the front panel buttons will be

shared by both areas;

· Once an area is selected, the respective icon (DRV) or (PSG) will

light up and from then on the operation of all other buttons will

affect only that area;

· To select a permanent area, the rotary volume button must be

pressed;

· To change the volume, audio settings or source of any area you

only need to directly access the corresponding buttons. Once the

parameters have been set, the previous area will be automatically

reselected.

When starting up this equipment we must pay attention to the following

Radio Reception

We will check that the radio reception in both AM and FM is correct, to do

this it will verify that the equipment searches and stops correctly on those

frequencies that we know.

CD / MP3/ DVD operation

Check by inserting a compact disc recorded in MP3 format that the CD

reads correctly. Check by inserting a DVD that the device reads it correctly.

Precautions

The recommendations to take into consideration are all directed towards

the CD/DVD reader, being these:

Check the discs before playing them, discarding those that are scratched,

cracked or

Checked.
Clean the dust discs relatively frequently, for this we will use a soft

chamois.

Keep the discs away from areas where high temperatures can be reached.

If condensation has formed in the vehicle's cabin, observe its condition

before inserting a disc. If we observe humidity, clean the disc with a soft cloth.

15” and 22” monitors

Equipment startup

To start up the monitor we must activate the switch that provides voltage to

the monitor. Once this operation is completed, you must insert a video film into the

tape recorder and press play. The monitors do not start if they do not receive a video

signal.
