JEMAR S. SALIENTES
Avenida St.

Philippines
This is regarding the loan you obtained from me on March 1, 2024, amounting to
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000) in Philippine currency, with an
agreed interest rate of TEN PERCENT (10%), payable on or before April 1, 2024, as
outlined in the attached promissory note.
As security for your debt, you issued a postdated Metrobank check No. 12345
dated April 1, 2024, for the amount of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(P110,000), covering the principal loan and the agreed interest. When we deposited the
check for clearing on April 1, 2024, it was dishonored by the drawee bank due to LACK
OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS (attached).
On April 2, 2024, I notified you that the check had been dishonored by the bank.
You promised to make the payment in person on April 30, 2024. However, you failed to
appear on that date and have not made any payment as of this writing.
To avoid the costs and inconvenience of court litigation, we hope you give this
matter your immediate and utmost attention.
