GENERAL MANAGER
MAEC Contracting Company was established in 1999. It is recognized as one of
the leading local construction companies in the Kingdom for its exceptional
performance in the water, oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, energy and
manufacturing industries.

MAEC provides Design Services, EPC, Project Management, Procurement and


General Contracting, for medium and large-scale industrial construction as well as
turnaround/shutdown and T&I services. Its capabilities extend to civil & structural,
mechanical and equipment erection, piping fabrication and installation, electrical &
instrumentation, coating and insulation works.

The company employees a manpower compliment of skilled craftsmen &


engineers and owns a fleet of heavy and light construction equipment. It also has
a tie-up of a fabrication and assembly facility for pressure piping, CS and SS /
Alloy piping in Dammam Area. Depending on the requirements, we can arrange
the production as per Client requirements.

To be recognized as the best one-stop destination for Engineering, Procurement,


Construction, Commissioning, Startup and Maintenance services of Process,

We offer field engineering services in the field of civil, structural, mechanical,
piping, electrical and instrumentation, Telecom. Our engineering team are capable
of providing detailed engineering services for diverse industries especially Saudi
Aramco and Other major state owned companies in Saudi Arabia.

During construction phase of the project, our team collaborates and supports site
operations in constructability review, resolving technical issues and developing
installation/erection methodologies that would be beneficial to both MAEC and our
customers in terms of cost and schedule.

MAEC supports projects on procurement using our local and global network of
suppliers and manufacturers. We outsource specialized works to Approved Third
Parties and Contractors in Kingdom who has the technical expertise and well-
established in Saudi Arabia. We have procedures and systems in place that
includes selection of vendors and subcontractors, bidding, placement of orders,
customs and forwarding, warehousing, logistics and inspection. Our procurement
staff and engineers are well experienced in all aspects of procurement. We are
committed to meet the project deliverables on time.

The success of a project requires the right combination of trained personnel and
right resources & MAEC has both. The Company over 2 decades maintain a track
record of completing and delivering quality projects on time. Earthworks, Site
works, Concreting of Heavy Equipment Foundations, Pipe Racks, Industrial
Buildings & Structure Foundations and Roadworks.

We have established systems that efficiently control schedules, safety and quality
from start of project up to its completion. With our modern equipment, highly
trained and skilled manpower, we assure our customers of timely turnover of
completed facility.
Rooted from the over 2-decade experience in Central Region of KSA, the
Company is regarded as one of the most dependable contractors for civil &
electro-mechanical services in the kingdom. We have a track record of success in
various industries such as oil and gas, power, petrochemical, water, infrastructure,
manufacturing and other industries in the kingdom.

The Company is prepared to meet the most challenging schedules of our clients
including achieving mechanical completion, testing and commissioning. We have
the capability to undertake mechanical projects, in the most efficient manner
complemented by modern fabrication shop facility.

MAEC provides cost effective solutions for its customers requirements through its
expert project management team and technical support group having vast
experience in piping works in the fields of petrochemicals & refineries, power and
desalination, industrial and manufacturing industries, to the best quality and safety
practices within the given schedule.

Projects are supported with its in-house pipe spool fabrication facility (either in its
base workshop or site fabrication facility) having a monthly production capacity up
to 5,000 dia-inch per single shift. Capability extends to fabrication of carbon steel,
stainless steel, alloy and other exotic materials. We specialize in piping fabrication,
erection, hydro testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

The Company is a recipient of numerous citations on welding. MAEC have


achieved a 98% weld acceptance rate from one of its clients, in many completed
projects. We have certified Welders and can develop WPS for all categories of
CS,SS, Alloy Steel materials.
