    What You Need To Do?

    In your transcript, select the completed licensing course and click

    “view completion page” button.
    In view completion page, select and click “View My Certificate”. A
    2 separate browser window will pop-up to display the certificate details.

    Click the “download or print icon” to export or print the pdf version of
    3 your exam certificate.

    Reminder: Exam certification will be enabled upon completion


    of the licensing online course. No certificate attached to
    supplementary materials/resources -- course manual, mock
    exams and reviewers.

    1 In your transcript, Agency Building Mastery Curriculum and click “open
    curriculum”.
    2 In Starter section, click “view details”, select “Licensing Courses” and click
    “view details”.
    In view completion page, select and click “View My Certificate”. A separate

    What You Need To Do?

    1 In your Learner Home page, search the training course title “ex.
    2 traditional life” then select the suggested training course title on display.

    2 In selected training details section, click “arrow down icon”, and select
    “View Certificate”. A separate browser window will pop-up to display
    the certificate details.

    3 Click the “download or print icon” to export or print the pdf version of
    your exam certificate.
