    EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE 5th REGULAR SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF
    PATADON, KIDAPAWAN CITY HELD ON MARCH 3, 2022 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT
    BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

    Call to Order:
    The session was called to order at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning. Invocation was
    led by Hon. Ishak P. Bandala followed by the singing of National Anthem.

    Roll Call:
    During the roll, all of the barangay officials were present, thus a quorum was declared.

    Reading and Consideration of the Minutes of the Previous Session:


    There being no objection after reading the previous minutes of the session. Therefore,
    the minutes of the previous session was approved and adopted.

    Reading and Referral of Communication Receipt


    1. Letter from DA-AMRES, report on incident of illegal occupancy of MUSCHAIDA
    members at station’s perimeter.
    2. Letter from the Governor’s Office, regarding on National Women’s Month.
    3. Memorandum from the City Mayor’s Office, Workshop on the Formulation of
    Barangay AIP and preparation of Annual Budget for CY 2023.
    Business of the Day
    1. National ID
     March 3-4, 2022, PSA will conduct National ID registration.

    2. Farm to Market Road (DA-AMRES area)


     Hon. Anwar U. Talib, Hon. Basir U. Diagao and Mr. Mohamad T. Pangadil will assist
    the DENR and DA-AMRES personnel to survey/ identify the affected
    occupants/settlers on the said area on March 10, 2022.
    3. Feeding Program
     The said activity will be on March 10, 2022 to conduct by the Barangay Nutrition
    Scholar, Nelly S. Talembo supported by the Barangay Officials.

    4. Road Rehab
     Barangay Council requested four (4) loads of limestone for emergency road rehab
    at Taculen road (Purok 2).

    Other Matters/Announcement:
    Since no objection, comment, or clarification on the above matters, be it approved by the
    body.

    Adjournment:
    Having no other agenda to be discussed, upon motion by Hon. Solaiman D. Salik, duly
    seconded by the body, the session was adjourned at around 12:50 in the afternoon.
