As we enter the holiday season, we are all faced with more responsibilities, with a broad spectrum of emotions and additional stress that comes with this season. We often forget what a simple and powerful tool we have at our fingertips with TFT. We can easily tap to eliminate the feeling of being overwhelmed, melt the stress and stop the negative emotions, for ourselves, our loved ones and our clients. We have gathered together some powerful tapping tools as our Holiday Gift to all our friends, colleagues and clients. Melting Away Stress With TFT


Our free Stress Busting Guide gives you a daily routine for melting stress.
During the last two years we have offered our Stress Busting Guide on our web site. We followed it up with a survey to those who have used it, asking for feedback. We have been both amazed and delighted with the results. It is these results, and our desire to share them with others, that prompted me to create this Holiday Tapping Tips newsletter. Let me share just a couple of their results with you: I followed the guide and when I finished doing the tapping I felt very calm and felt great. I found my stress levels lowered and I began to think about other things. I felt more peaceful around my thoughts and my sleep improved. Instant relief and better energy flow. For the first time in months this feeling in the stomach area, like someone is gripping my stomach and squeezing was gone. I have just felt stuck and doomed. Since the TFT I feel like I have a chance at my dreams still. I was on my way to work one morning following my divorce. I had an anxiety attack and I almost had to pull off the road. I felt like I couldnt go to work in this state and be able to function. I remembered being shown this technique at work. Even though I could not remember the exact pattern of the tapping in desperation to resolve this crisis, I began the process and within 5 minutes I was able to go on to work and work a full and complete day. Wonderful results. Addictions are no longer taking a hold and I have noticed a difference in peoples attitude and general outlook.

I work for the US military in Afghanistan and my job can be difficult I work in the mountains and at time injuries occur, but we just suck it up... and move on. I was on my day off and was looking at some web sites when I came across some story of a person who had used TFT and gave details etc...I thought about this and I decided to try it for myself in the cover of my room..I then went to bed and fell into a deep sleep..in the morning I had to do a 5 mile run..so off I went a little time into my run I realized I had no pain in my knee... when I got back to my room I thought about it and decided and try it on my energy level... to my amazement I felt incredible..and since that very first time I used TFT on my knee I have never had any more pain also I have got into the habit of using it every day and I am amazed by the constant results I have decided to learn all I can and I hope to be a Trainer of this amazing system I would tell everyone to try it for themselves asap it is incredible. have been using tft for three weeks and i feel great. mind is clear and severe pain from arthritis in knees has almost completely gone. This next one clearly shows how important it is to treat past traumas and current traumas as they develop in our lives and I will share that tool next. I witnessed a very horrible event 30 years ago. Since then I have experience other events that compounded the problem. I was treated as a volunteer during a teleclass. The treatment has been very successful. I use the PR for reversal when I get a bad feeling. This is the best Ive felt since the incidents over the past 30 yrs. Thank you for your help. A Wonderful Holiday Giftthe Gift of Calmness


Giving the gift of calmness is a generous and empowering gesture. You can read this with double meaning:
1. Presenting yourself to others in a calm state so that you can connect, sympathize, and have a soothing effect on them 2. Intervening with TFT to help others quickly attain a state of peaceful calmness Acolytes of TFT look for opportunities to avail others of its wonderful benefits. We also treat ourselves routinely. Practically speaking, how does this translate to giving tapping as a holiday gift? People are accustomed to receiving gifts that are tangibledurable goods or things that can be wrapped and placed under a Christmas tree. Favors or acts of service (ranging from offers to perform to dinners out) are usually deemed as lower echelon gifts. We tend to like things that WOW us or are immediately usable. Since the calmness TFT produces is somewhat less tangible, make it gift-worthy by attaching some material value or representation to the TFT experience. For example: 1. Giftwrap a card (just like an iTunes or store gift card) that entitles the recipient to however many TFT treatments you will offer). 2. Make the application specific (e.g., One tapping session for use when the kid or husband behaves badly). 3. Specify a SUD threshold (e.g., For use when your anxiety level above 7). 4. Offer the recipient an invitation to redeem the gift card by requesting that you treat yourself when you are being difficult. (This can be especially empowering, because most of us love to tell others what to do and want to change some of their behaviors.) The gift of calmness is a blessing thats easy to give because TFT works so well. However, psychological reversal often interferes, so that we forget, minimize, or accept excuses or apexes and refrain from exercising the power of TFT. Dealing with PR is a constant necessity. I find spiritual foundations in the bible to remind me that reversal is a human condition with which we all struggle. In Romans, Paul poignantly describes the problem: I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. (Romans 7:15) Paul refers, of course to the struggle with sin and the battle between good and evil that resides within each of us. It is, nonetheless psychological reversal played out in the spiritual and behavioral dimensions. TFT gives us a wonderful tool to help prevail in that struggle. Attending to psychological reversal and following through on becoming calm and giving calmness is a great blessing, perhaps especially so at Christmas time. But I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with its mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me. (Psalm 131:2) Mark Steinberg, Ph.D

Holiday Tips for Tappers by Robert Bray.
Recognizing when tapping is needed and doing it will help you enjoy this time even more. Here are some reminders of when you may find tapping helpful. 1. The holidays are about families in many ways. This sometimes means the family who are no longer with us. Tap for grief (trauma and complex trauma algorithms). Remembering the gifts of love or tradition given us by generations of family and friends. Sharing this history with others is great way to honor those people still important to us. When you recall the important moments with these loved ones from the past use TFT to help you feel the good from those times. 2. The holidays are a very busy time. Use your time and energy wisely. After you make your to-do list, do what most coaches and time experts suggest and cut it in half. If even the thought of this makes you anxious then tap. The basic anxiety algorithm is always helpful when our expectations and our time available are incompatible. Getting the anxious feeling out of the way makes it easier to plan effectively. 3. Pace yourself. How much you eat, drink, spend, go without rest, and say yes to invitations is important in staying healthy and keeping your energy high. Are you choosing to do what brings joy to you and your loved ones or just giving into an urge to indulge your unhealthy habits? Tap the urge control algorithm and you will choose your activities with more care and get more done. 4. Enjoy the high levels of stimulation that comes with the all the increased activities but be sure to monitor how well you are doing. Increased clumsiness, difficulty staying on track, recurring reversals, or feeling off in general are indicators of the need for collarbone breathing. Do this TFT technique as needed and you will probably need it more for the holidays. 5. As the daylight is reduced by the coming of winter many of us are vulnerable to feelings of depression and loss of energy. Tapping the depression algorithm is a very good starting point in caring for ourselves and enjoying our time with those we care about the most. 6. Share the gift of TFT with those around you. Helping others through the rough moments of the holidays is a gift to both you and those you share it with. Tap often and openly. Be a shameless tapper this holiday season.
