SAP Smart Business for Order Allocation Management

Use
SAP Smart Business for Order Allocation Management is an SAP Smart Business cockpit that provides the most important key
performance indicators of an order allocation run (ARun) for an allocation manager. This application provides an intuitive overview of
the allocation status of the complete order book (sales orders and stock transport orders) and for the relevant articles.

Total Orders by Status (Open Orders)

Use
The analytical app displays the key performance indicator (KPI) Total Orders by Status (Open Orders). This KPI enables an allocation
manager to view the allocation status of the complete order book (sales orders and stock transport orders). It displays the total
unallocated quantities based on the Cancel Date Horizon on the tile. The drill down displays the order quantities and amounts for
different allocation statuses (for example, on hold, on delivery, xed, unallocated, and reserved (physical stock and future receipts)).

Key Features
Calculation rules: This KPI provides the total unallocated quantity after an order allocation run is executed for relevant orders
(sales orders and stock transport orders) based on the Cancel Date Horizon eld. The app also displays the total quantities and
amounts for various allocation statuses..

Generic drill down

View by Quantity: The order quantities are divided based on the following different allocation statuses:

Fixed Quantity (Order Allocation Status F)

Hold Quantity (Order Allocation Status H)

Delivery Quantity (Order Allocation Status D)

Physical Stock Quantity (Order Allocation Status R)

Future Receipt Quantity (Order Allocation Status R)

Unallocated Quantity

View by Amount: Displays the amount (in the user-de ned display currency) for unallocated orders. Currency conversion
occurs if the amount for these orders is in a different currency than the user-de ned currency.

This is custom documentation. For more information, please visit the SAP Help Portal 2
10/8/2022
You can drill down further to view order allocation details, header details, and item details.

back-end and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is
enabled for SAP Fiori.

Key Features
Calculation rules: The KPI displays the top ve articles which are not allocated after the order allocation run is executed for
relevant orders (sales orders and stock transport orders).

Generic drill-down

View by Quantity: Displays the unallocated quantity for articles. For generic articles, the quantity is summarized for all

Total Orders Overview

Use
This analytical app displays the key performance indicator (KPI) Total Orders Overview. This KPI displays the total unallocated quantity
for distribution channels. The allocation manager can use the drill-down to view an overall allocation status of the complete order book
(sales orders and stock transport orders) based on different attributes such as Season, Collection, Distribution Channel, and so on.
This KPI allows you to analyze the data down to the lowest level.

Key Features
Calculation rules: This KPI displays the total unallocated quantity after an order allocation run is executed for relevant orders
(sales orders and stock transport orders), based on the Distribution Channel.
