    Role & Responsibilities :

    1. Supplier Development and Improvement:


    - Work closely with suppliers to enhance their quality management systems.
    - Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances.
    - Provide guidance and support to underperforming suppliers.
    2. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    - Establish and enforce quality requirements for purchased components and materials.
    - Monitor supplier performance metrics, such as PPM, Vendor rating& defect rates.
    - Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
    3. Supplier Audits and Assessments:
    - Plan and execute supplier audits (e.g., process audits, product audits, system audits).
    - Evaluate supplier processes, capabilities, and quality management systems.
    - Generate audit reports and track corrective actions.
    4. Supplier Performance Monitoring:
    - Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
    - Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers.
    - Address any deviations from agreed-upon quality targets.
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
    - Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, audits, and assessments.
    - Prepare reports on supplier performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.
