    Dear LAKHAN SINGH,

    1. We, Krazybee Services Private Limited and PayU Finance India Private Limited (collectively referred to as the
    "Co-Lenders" or "we" or "us"), hereby write in response to your request for issuing a no dues certificate with respect to
    the above-mentioned Loan ID.

    2. We refer to the Transaction Document(s) dated 31-01-2024 executed/ accepted by you on "KreditBee" an online
    platform owned by Finnovation Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, pursuant to which you had availed a personal loan facility
    aggregating to INR 6200 (Six Thousand Two Hundred) from us (out of which INR 1240 (One Thousand Two Hundred
    Forty) was disbursed to you by Krazybee Services Private Limited and INR 4960 (Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty)
    was disbursed to you by PayU Finance India Private Limited) (hereinafter referred as ("Facility").

    3. We hereby confirm that we have received from you all outstanding amounts due and payable under the Facility. We
    hereby further confirm that, as on date of this no-dues certificate there are no outstanding amounts due and payable by
    you under the Facility.

    Please find below the details of Facility closure status:

    4. Kindly note that this no dues certificate is being issued pursuant to the request submitted by you to issue the no dues
    certificate and shall not be construed as a financial undertaking of or result in any commitment or liability on the Co-
    Lenders or Finnovation Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or their directors, officers and/or employees.

    5. Unless otherwise defined in this letter, all capitalized terms used in this no dues certificate shall have the meanings
    ascribed to them in the Transaction Document(s).

    This no dues certificate is being issued to you, in relation to the aforesaid Loan ID, for and on behalf of the
    Co-Lenders.
