Great news - your one stop shop for billing services has started!
I'm delighted to tell you that your move to single billing for your water and sewerage services has taken place.
What's different about your bill?
Your current bill will be the last one we send for water charges only.
As you already have a regular payment arrangement set up with us, we've simply changed your future
payments to include what you would have paid to Anglian Water for your sewerage charges too. You no longer
pay Anglian Water separately - everything is in one bill rather than two.
Your next bill will show you how much water and sewerage you've used and what you've paid. Any support
schemes you've previously received for either water or sewerage charges will stay the same and be shown on
your bill. You'll continue to pay for your water and sewerage services as normal - through one combined
payment to us - and we'll keep a check on your account through your meter readings to make sure you're
paying us the right amount.
Need extra support or help to pay your new water and sewerage bill?
We're still the same caring, friendly water company you're used to and we're here to help.
We know a small number of customers may still need to make a final payment to Anglian Water for any unpaid
charges. If this will make it difficult for you to pay your combined payment at first, please let us know.
Get in touch and we'll talk you through your options incuding flexible payment plans and payment breaks. You
may also qualify for one of our support schemes:
Low-income discounts If you are on a low income or receive pension credit, you may be
eligible for a discount of up to 50% off your bill.
Bill cap scheme - Caps your bills if you have a meter, receive income related benefits,

If you're already enjoying the many benefits of an online water account with us, you'll now be able to see your
future water and sewerage usage and charges in one place.
If you'd like to get in on the act and access your account 24/7, you can set up your own online account in a few
