    Terms & Conditions
    1 Quoted rates are for 08 Hrs. duty & 26/27 days in a month

    2 Service tax at 18% GST applicable

    3 PCC will be charged @ 50/month if Required

    4 DA Revision will be applicable twice in a Year

    5 Overtime calculation will be Gross Wages/26/8*2 + ESIC @ 3.25%

    6 National holidays shall be charged twice / double + compensatory off

    7 Rates of chemicals and consumables are subject to change as per market rates and will be billed accordingly

    8 Payment terms within 15 days from submission of invoices.

    9 Any increase in minimum wages changes in DA/statutory laws binding will be billed and charged

    10 Gratuity to be calculated & billed as and when applicable

    11 On National Holidays OT will be given as per compliance & to be billed as applicable

    12 The staff shall wear CLR FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. uniform while on duty
