1. Anna
What is the number one thing you noticed about Anna’s performance in the interview?
Great people skills, ways to deal with problems consistently, and can answer tough questions. She is also good
at finding middle ground and quick to respond in a respectful way.
What is the number one thing you noticed about Mat’s performance in the interview?
He seemed to be very hard to deal with, firm, and stubborn. He has the inner drive to move forward and get
things done. Very focused on results.
Did Anna give specific examples for the interview questions?
Yes
If you were to give Mat one piece of feedback, what would you say to him?
I would tell Matt to pay more attention to the little things. He seemed like the kind of person who would make
a big plan and then wait for someone else to tell him the details of a specific task.
If you were to give Anna one piece of feedback, what would you say to her?
All signs point to the fact that her main flaw is that she won't do or finish a responsibility if she doesn't trust it.
This makes her less likely to succeed than her colleagues. So, I would suggest that she take drives and help
other coworkers, even if she doesn't trust herself to do so.
1) Select someone to act as “interviewer.” This person does not need to be in the video; however, the
questions they ask you must be clear and audible. They will ask you 3 of your predicted questions from
the work you did above.
2) Answer your interview questions on video, use the STAR format to orally communicate what you have
written in the responses above.
You can either record on your smart phone, webcam, other video recording software, or using a
Bongo Video submission.
3) Ensure the video length is between 6 and 10 minutes.
4) Ensure the quality of your video submission is clear and audible (for both the questions and the
responses).
Interview Reflection
What are your first impressions of your performance?
The answers to all questions were quite specific, and background information on the one-of-a-kind
scenarios that prompted them was also provided.
Using the STAR approach helped me to recognize all of the important nuances that were present. I
believe that I did a good job of explaining all of the relevant nuances, and I believe that I covered all of
the content thoroughly. Due to the fact that I was aware of the circumstances, errands, acts, and
results, I was able to react to the inquiries in an even more instantaneous and much more conclusive
manner without saying or talking.
This demonstrated my qualities, including critical thinking, administration, and sensitivity. It helped
me to feel more confident when speaking.
My STAR answers could have been more rational. I could have elaborated further on the many
circumstances and perspectives associated with the Sales field, while also placing myself in the
position of a currently employed employee at that firm, even though I am not one. In addition, since
the video was time-restricted, I wish I had distributed my time among the STAR requirements more
effectively.
