    PRIMARY CARE PLAN (PCP)

    MOM has required Company to purchase Primary Care Plan for all Foreign Workers.

    A PCP includes:

     One statutory medical examination for work pass application or renewal.


     Unlimited acute and chronic consultations.
     One annual basic health screening.
     Telemedicine and medication delivery.
     Scheduled transportation to and from dormitories and MOM medical centres. This would be
    prioritised for workers who are reporting sick at MOM medical centres, and excludes routine
    specialist appointments.
     Ambulance or special transport services to other medical facilities (e.g. emergency
    department), if necessary.

    For telemedicine by Handphone app (24hours):

    1. Download “FHMW” from Google Playstore and follow registration attached.


    2. You need to pay $2, balance company pay.

    To go to Medical Centre or Clinics, you need to pay $5, balance company pay. You can only go to
    these Clinics:
