A visit to Kintamani Volcano is a rare opportunity to experience one of Bali’s last remaining active volcanos up
close. This is one of the most popular and best day trip in Bali. The tour begins with the sights of a vibrant art
village. Here you can meet with the people who keep the techniques of the regions handicrafts alive with a
stop at Tohpati village, widely known as the centre of handmade Balinese Batik weaving. Next stop is Celuk
village famous for producing high-grade gold and silver handicrafts. Continue trip to Mas Village, one of the
many artists villages surrounding Ubud, is the best place on the island to find high-quality Balinese
woodcarvings, considered some of the best woodcarvings in the world. The tour continues to the Mount &
Lake Batur in Kintamani village for some stunning views of the beautiful locales in this region. This tour only
cover viewing Mount Batur Volcano from View point only . Your tour ends in one of the most famous coffee
plantations in the area. Here you can look & taste many kinds of coffees from Indonesia.

Day 03 Bali - Full Day Tanah lot temple tour with Uluwatu sunset tour & Kecak Dance +Dinner (B,D)

The temple is known for its snakes too, and there is even a holy snake on display.
A great southern Bali trip introduces you to the heart of southern part of the island. the beautiful Uluwatu
temple, built on the top of a cliff about 825 feet high facing the vast deep blue Indian Ocean, and catch a
wonderful view of sunset. Post sunset witness the Kecak and Fire Dance - Completely dramatic . Originally
from Ramayana this show depicts the famous ‘Lanka Dahan’ episode wherein Hanumana sets fire to the

Bali to Implement $10 Tourism Tax Starting February 14, 2024

Foreign tourists planning a visit to Indonesia’s renowned island destination, Bali, will soon encounter a new
requirement. Effective February 14, all foreign visitors will be subject to a tourism tax of 150,000 rupiah
(approximately US$9.55).

The new tax isn’t limited to mainland Bali; it also encompasses its picturesque surrounding islands like Nusa
Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan. This announcement was made by Bali authorities through their
official website.

The Levy Applies to Everyone

This fee isn’t just for mainland Bali; it encompasses surrounding islands like Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan,
and Nusa Ceningan. Even tourists arriving from other parts of Indonesia through land or domestic flights must
pay the tax.

No Exemptions for Children

It’s essential to note that children will not be exempted from this fee, regardless of age.

Convenient Payment Process

To streamline the process, tourists can make their payments conveniently through the Love Bali website
before their arrival. Upon payment, they will receive a tourism tax ticket via email, which they should store on
their mobile devices for verification purposes at Bali Airport and seaports.

Purpose of the Tourism Tax

The implementation of this tourism tax serves multiple purposes. According to some media reports, the
revenue generated from the newly introduced tourism tax will be allocated towards enhancing tourist
services, preserving Balinese culture, and addressing environmental concerns exacerbated by recent tourism
overcrowding.
Important Information
This package cost is based on notional USD rate at Rs.82/-, the bench mark rate taken uni-formally as USD is too much
volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the
Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get
confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying/selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s
Currency trading site.

To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost
adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs.500/- pp
extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.

Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the
TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

is formulated between the Client and the Company, authorizing Company to hold space for you in groups which are
schedule to travel on a specific date and a space is also reserved for you in Airlines, Hotels and Coaches. If there is
any change in your plan and your request for cancellation, shall be subject to our cancellation policy.

Standard Booking Procedure

 If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

 You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking
process is undertaken.
 Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
 If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
 You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of
booking process is undertaken.
 Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
 Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
 If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
 You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 40,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is
undertaken.
 Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
 Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
 If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
 You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking
process is undertaken..
 No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made.
The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

PAYMENT TERMS:
 At the time of Booking you must pay INR 40000/- per person.
 Balance amount or Full and Final Payment must be made before 1 month prior to the Departure or prior to
document despatch of tour package, whichever is earlier.
 You may make payment subject to following guidelines:
 You may make payment by CASH DEPOSIT at our office/direct cash deposit in any of our designated Bank
Account/s must be less than Rs199,000/-. For any clarification you must call us (executive dealing with your
booking) before depositing cash amount in our Bank Account as any excess payment will attract penalty u/s
271DA of Income Tax Act. (we discourage cash transactions)
 You may make payment by Pay Order/Demand Draft favoring DPAULS TRAVEL AND TOURS LTD
  In case payment is made by Local Cheque you must deliver the same to us at least 07-10 working days prior to
the delivery date. Payment by cheque is subject to, including but not limited to, Section 138 of the Negotiable
Instruments Act. Payment should be in favor of DPAULS TRAVEL AND TOURS LTD

CANCELLATION TERMS:
 Booking Amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour package. Cancellation request be given in
writing/ mail only. Cancellation charges are applicable even if the tour is canceled for reasons whatsoever
including but not limited to medical condition or pregnancy or any unfortunate happening incident with self,
co-traveler, member of family/relative/friends/ relations, examination date, attending court dates etc.
 Day wise cancellation charges are:

Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure Rs 30,000 + Special Component like Air Ticket once
booked are Non Refundable
Between 45 to 15 days of tour departure:: 75% of tour package cost + Special Component Air Ticket
once booked are Non Refundable
Between 15 days of tour departure: 100% of tour package cost
If the client is NO SHOW(failing to avail tour 100% of tour package cost
package)

Cancellation charges - terms & condtions

Cancellation policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee
booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

Additional Payment terms

 1 Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
 2 Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is
canceled for whatsoever reason;
 3 Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
 4 If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released
and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges
and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation
charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
 5 No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking
please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
 6 Initiation of booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to
process and in that case we will only be liable to make refund of the advance amount collected, if any.

Additional & over-riding T & C for group Package

 This tour is at budget provided for. You can go for higher value tour components at much higher rates. You can explore about the same with
our sale executive.
 The purpose of itinerary is to cover the events mentioned therein. City tours are drive through the city with few photo stops.
 There are no choice for hotel as we have to arrange hotel taking into consideration itinerary in the given budget.You are requested to visit
website of hotel for more details. Check in is normally 2-4 pm while check out around 12 ;noon. Meals are with pre-set menu.
 Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own programme at all as itinerary is subject to
change.
 If you are senior citizen or/and differently abled person or person with special need then you must not venture at all as tours are without any
attendant to provide any kind of support or assistance during the tour. There will be no medical assistance and in event of any requirement
 one has to depend upon local facility at his/her own expenses. We therefore advise you to carry sufficient contingency funds.It is a must to
have Travel Insurance with required medical insurance cover.
 PAN card Number and also valid email id is necessary to initiate booking. Apart from this your full cooperation for KYC (Know Your Customer)
is mandatory. No cash payment will be accepted in violation of government guidelines and without disclosure of its source.
 Processing charges applicable at 5% of package cost if booking is withdrawn before confirmation booking reference No. is communicated
from our ;end. Thereafter cancellation charges applicable as per terms & conditons of Booking given elsewhere in itinerary/handout

The aforementioned description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of

Fog Alert Notice

D.Paul’s Travel & Tours Ltd. will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days shown in tour itinerary
or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any tour of any airlines due to any reason including fog or bad weather and the
tickets are issued to the above condition also.Kindly be advised D. Paul’s Travel and Tours cannot be held responsible for any Cancellation or
Delay of Flights due to Fog or any other technical reason. Its Airlines responsibility to provide the suitable connection in such conditions. Also be
advised we cannot be held responsible for Refusal/Denial of Visa and applicable cancelation charges will be charged.

Note of Caution Before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to undertake considerable
amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. All tours involve long hours of travelling and some tour components may include theme
park activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. We
therefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons
suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours.
It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requires special medical attention during the tour. There is no luggage assistance and it is
expected every tourist to manage his own luggage. Som e o f t h e t o ur ist products are without elevators/escalators and one may has to use
stairs.

Inspite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk, D Pauls will not be responsible for any medical
complication that may arise during the tour. Not only this, one has to be medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages. You must
therefore satify yourself by undergoing medical checkup and obtain medical fitness certificate from your registered medical practitioner.

I also understand that booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed
once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, for any reason whatsoever,100%
of tour cost shall be payable by me.

Also I certify that all the travelers have passports with validity period as applicable for this destination, has no observations or if any it is to be
brought to your notice. The passport is in perfect condition without any defect & has sufficient empty pages.Visa granting is the sole prerogative of
the embassy.
