Introduction:
Being an English language teacher takes continuing commitment, credibility,

determination, and progress. No matter how old you are or where you are in
your life path, it is something you must continue learning throughout your
whole life.
I wish to support students in realizing their goals throughout their extensive

and rewarding academic path. i desire to work as an English teacher so that I
may inspire kids by demonstrating the power of hard effort, determination,
and devotion.
My expectation of TESOL program:
The TESOL program met all of my expectations for teaching English as a foreign
language.
I feel that the TESOL program provided me with the chance to examine several
internal views of teaching, which was beneficial to my growth as a professional
teacher. I was exposed to many cultural, artistic, and intellectual interests. I
was able to utilize my culture and linguistic background to assist me teaches
English as a foreign language at a very high level through the TESOL program.
This curriculum was jam-packed with material that helped me grasp the
significance of learning English.

My teaching philosophy
My duty as a teacher will be to promote and enhance students' specific talents

for learning. I want students to be able to think creatively and cooperatively
within a secure, respectful, and enjoyable setting.
I want kids to be enthused about learning and to know that their efforts are
appreciated.
I want them to be able to be creative in their job and collaborate with others.
Every kid who enters my classroom should be able to study in a secure, creative
environment where they feel appreciated and loved.
Throughout the TESOL training in Teaching English Language, I gained new

abilities to answer the overall topic of how to successfully teach English. This
question underpins everything I do in the classroom, and I spend a lot of time
thinking about it during my coursework, practicums, and student teaching.
In my humble opinion, creating a safe and supportive learning environment

calls for the capacity to understand and connect with children on an emotional
level. I desire to create a supportive and upbeat learning atmosphere in the
classroom by showing sympathy and comprehension for the issues and
challenges that kids experience.
Each classroom has its own culture, and as a teacher, it is my responsibility to

help each student reach their full potential and learn in a method that is most
effective for them.

TESOL learning experience
I had an excellent and interesting TESOL learning experience. I am grateful for

the skills and knowledge I have learned, and I can't wait to put them to use in
my future career as a teacher. I’m eager to use my degree in order to assist my
students of the future grow linguistically and mentally.
Being a teacher trainee in the TESOL program was a profoundly changing
learning experience for me. Throughout the course, I gained a deeper
understanding of the theories and methods used in teaching English as a
second language. I learned new educational theories and methods that I may
apply in my future classroom. I also learned about a variety of tools and
resources that I may utilize in the future to assist learners in learning a new
language.

Micro teaching
The time I spent micro teaching while studying in the TESOL program was
incredible.
I delivered a vocabulary lesson during my microteaching session. I aimed to

make a connection between an enjoyable exercise for learners and new terms
that can help them expand their vocabulary.during my lesson I used Pre-task
activities such as pre-teaching vocabulary using techniques such as real items
and body language.
I enjoy teaching, and the reaction I've received from my students has been
magnificent.
Both the context and the content matter of this course were solid. The tasks
were simple to complete and included clear instructions that made everything
easy to follow.
With the aid of these tools, I will be able to plan my classes and develop games
and activities that will keep my students interested in what they are studying.
I was able to enhance my grammar, speaking, and teaching styles as a result of

this training. Assignments were really simple to do, and the material was
carefully laid out and described. Each lesson we had to do was one that I
absolutely appreciated. My professor was always there to assist me if I needed
them or if I had questions about something that was not apparent to me.

Demo lesson:
An observation lesson about apologizing and giving excuses.
The teacher began with a warm-up activity designed to help his students
pronounce words more clearly in different parts of speech and to practice new
vocabulary terms by collecting meaning from difficult terms.
Several strengths were discovered during the observation of the session on

apologizing and making excuses. The lesson plan was well-structured and
provided the students clear, simple directions.
The teacher begins the session by talking about how important it is to own up
to one's mistakes and provide an apology when appropriate.
The teacher used a variety of teaching strategies, such as role-playing and

group discussions, to engage the students and encourage their participation.
1. Role-playing activity: The class was split up into pairs or small groups, and
each group played out a situation in which one person made a mistake and
needed to make apologies to the other. The teacher provided feedback and
direction as required while the groups practiced making justifications and
apologies.
2. Discussion: Following the role-playing activity, the teacher led a class

discussion on the various methods of apologizing and providing justifications.
He posed questions like:
- What differentiates making excuses from saying sorry?
When should you offer an explanation and when shouldn't you?
- How can we successfully apologize without providing justifications?

The observation of the lesson plan shows that it is a great way to encourage
students to communicate with each other and learn from their peers. The
students are engaged and interested in each other's presentations. The lesson
plan also helps to create a positive classroom environment where students feel
comfortable sharing their own situations.
Also, Instead of merely doing so in group activities, the instructor had given the
students more chances to practice apologizing and making reasons on their
own. During the role-playing activities, the teacher also gave more detailed
comments to certain learners to assist them develop their abilities.
Overall, the lesson plan for apologizing and giving excuses was well-designed
and effectively delivered, with room for minor improvements to enhance
student learning.

General conclusion
My understanding of how to become a teacher has helped me to have a strong

desire to study as much as I can and to understand how to become a student
first and foremost. It has helped me become more aware of both my personal
talents and flaws.
Prioritize the first and fix the second. Most significantly, it has given me the
strength to confront my anxieties and believe in myself even when I frequently
felt defeated.
I've learned that being a great teacher requires more than simply mastery of
the subject matter. Setting building a safe and supportive learning environment
that promotes students' development of critical social skills and emotional
awareness. By adding social emotional learning into our teaching technique, we
can provide students the resources they need to succeed not only academically
but also in their personal and professional lives.
